We’re so excited to have you stay with us and want to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. To help everything run smoothly, here are a few friendly reminders:

1. Damage Deposit
We kindly require a RM300 damage deposit per stay. Since Agoda doesn’t handle deposits, we’ll send an invoice before your arrival:
- The deposit will be pre-authorised on your card 2 days before check-in.
- If all is well after check-out, it will be refunded promptly.
- For stays longer than 5 days, the deposit will be charged instead of pre-authorised.
2. No Smoking, Parties, or Loud Music
We kindly ask that you keep the space peaceful—so no smoking, parties, yelling, or blasting loud music. Let's keep things chill for everyone around.
3. Treat the Space Kindly.
We’ve poured a lot of love into this home. Please take care of it like it’s your own.
4. Noise
We love a fun time, but our neighbors appreciate peace and quiet.
- Please keep noise levels down, especially at night.
- If noise becomes an issue, we’ll need to address it—and continued disturbances may involve local authorities.
5. Smoking
- We’re a non-smoking space to keep things fresh and clean.
- If smoking happens, there’s a RM200 fee to cover odor removal and cleaning.
6. Pets
We love furry friends, and they’re more than welcome to join you! The building management permits small breeds only and a maximum of 2 pets. Just a little heads-up: please make sure to clean up after them and keep an eye out so they don’t cause any damage. If we notice any pet-related mess that wasn’t cleaned, there will be an additional cleaning fee of RM150. Also, any damages caused by your pets will be charged to you.
7. Child Safety
Planning to bring little ones? Please note there’s a balcony with a sliding door. You’re welcome to book, but we ask that you take extra care.
8. Cooking
- Feel free to cook, but our fire alarm is a bit sensitive!
- Keep the balcony door open and the range hood on while cooking.
- If the alarm triggers, costs for a fire truck visit may apply.
9. Keys, Swipes, and Lock-Outs
We’ll provide everything you need to access the property, but please keep track of the keys and swipes:
- Locked out? A spare key visit costs RM100, or if we need a locksmith, it’s their fee + RM100.
- Lost or broken key/swipe? Replacement fee is RM300.
10. Check-In/Out
- Check-in: Anytime after 4 PM.
- Check-out: By 12 PM.
- Late check-outs may incur a RM150 fee to keep things on schedule for our next guests.
11. When You Arrive
If you notice anything amiss upon check-in, let us know right away! We’re here to help and will do our best to make it right. Concerns reported after check-out, however, can’t be addressed retroactively.
