I had the ugliest two days in malaysia. The owner of the hotel claims there is no solution, which is unacceptable. Water is lacking in a hotel. This is incredibly disheartening. She instructed me on what to do when i spoke with her about it. There is not recollection here. Although she is supposed to handle the issue herself, water was not accessible for two nights despite her assurances.

The location is excellent, the rooms are decent and spacious. However, it appears to be an old hotel that is being bought by a new owner. It appears tattered, but if it is properly renovated, its likely to have oodles of potential. One thing i dont fully comprehend is that they didnt provide towels for budget rooms, which doesnt appear that bad as budget rooms. Therefore, unless we need them, they will charge us an additional rm 10 per towel. Ive stayed in many cheap and budget hotels, and even the dormos and hostels in langkawi offer towels. Next time, im not going to stay here again, hopefully things will improve. And the receptionist was friendly.

We stayed there for 4 days. It appears to be undergoing renovations, but its still a decent hotel for an 80 rm budget and only walked to canang beach. If youre searching for qualiest and most affordable hotel, choose this one.
