Really beautiful and clean hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing shower. The free laundry was very convenient and easy to use. The pool was amazing! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Extremely worth it, great value for money.

We love the amenities such as the pool. Great for overstay for 2 nights as a ‘passing-by’ hotel. Wifi can be weak though.

It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you.

Plenty of on-site parking for local tourists. Noise insulation in rooms could be better as the sound from the street racing in the early hours of the morning can be quite deafening.

We absolutely loved staying here. A charming hotel in a great location, so close to yummy food and easy to get quick and cheap Grabs from to go elsewhere. The bed was very comfortable, shower fantastic and the hotel was very clean. Free guest self-service laundry was a handy bonus. My only issue was with the hours the rooftop was available. The place is called the M ROOF hotel, you’d think they’d make the most of it! But it’s only open 8am-7pm, and that’s where the pool, gym and laundry all are. Why?! It’s not like they have a lifeguard on duty?! The area is so pretty with great views and lovely lights but you can’t even use it at night to see them? And who wants to do their laundry during the day? I would absolutely stay here again if in Ipoh once more, I was just frustrated that the main reason I booked it — the rooftop pool — had such limited opening hours. Added points to the staff for taking a photo and messaging us to check on clothes and books we left behind. We had done so deliberately, but what wonderful service to follow up on that.

The staff were welcoming and professional. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. After checking out I realised I had left my travel wallet in the room (8 hours after checking out). My travel wallet contained my passport, significant amount of cash, travel cards etc. I rang the hotel who contacted room service. They had my travel wallet which I collected and found fully intact. Thankyou MRoof staff for your excellent service.
