The location is in a prime location of cheras and only 450 meters from maluri lrt and mrd station, this is an excellent condo complex for both short and longterm rentals. It also has several convenience stores that are open until late at night if you want yay for nauseous snacks. There are 5 blocks with 0 units total. However, the lift wait is very long especially during peak hours.

This condo is excellent. I enjoy the swimming pool here, which has a pleasant atmosphere and lots of amenities. You can enjoy ktv rooms, mini cinemas, basketball courts, and futsal courts. Additionally, there are numerous small marts beneath the building.

I was invited by a friend to go swimming here. The yard and unit were both dark. Even though this condo is very densely populated, the facilities are excellent. Huge pools with vistas of the city skyline. Although the public restrooms next to the gym were not, either the pool area was fine. Either it was conceived poorly or it had underlying design flaws. Not taking into account the ventilation. When i first visited in august, ive noticed that it wasnt the same. What pity. I rate the location three stars.

We spent four days and three nights there, and my family and i were all satisfied. The room was very roomy, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, refrigerator, utensils, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, nice view from level 48, swimming pool that is fully equipped for kids to enjoy. Thank you so much and we will be back on our next trips.

Have a visit here today. The facilities are quite nice so far, and the view of the kl is also beautiful. Jalan cheras has hardly any traffic, but the area around karaoke is definitely jampacked.

It was nice and great, but a little strict and expensive. You have to wear jersey or silk to use the swimming pool, although i think its reasonable. But if you want savoring vistas, being calm and relaxing, and locating incredibly good apartments, ill recommend it.

The lift isnt slow, as those speculators claim, but it is fast. 3 levels of security food and couriers not able to access the residence floor. The project looks grand and posh. Considered in a good location. Walks about 10-15 minutes for those under 55 years old to mrt or lr train station, sunway velocity and the avian mall. It cant compete with those expensive highend projects, yet it falls short. Good facilities such as nice pools, ktv rooms, large gyms and mini cinemas.

The park, playground, and pools are excellent. And then, the location is close to maluri mrt by walking for 5 minutes. After that, there are so many facilities here. Subsequently, this place has strategic location.

You will be disappointed if you choose not to rent this place. Airbnb allows you to stay here for a few nights. I cant believe anyone would have stayed here on tenancy for an entire year. Best wishes to the tenants.

This is a great place to stay near the center of kl city. There are good facilities provided, such as san francisco pool, garden, gym, cinema, tv, minimarkets, clinics and so on.

Tempat terbaik untuk tinggal sendiri atau investasi. Dekat dengan Stasiun MRT Sunway Velocity. Apartemen dengan kolam renang dengan pemandangan Merdeka 118, TRC atau Exchange 106. Ada tempat pertemuan untuk siswa. Ada taman, ruang main basikal, jogging, gym, istimewanya gym khusus untuk perempuan saja. Ada ruang serbaguna. Kawasan pejalan kaki luas dan tidak sempit, cocok untuk pesta. Ada tempat BBQ dan sinki. Paling bagus, lift cepat. Lupa juga, ada juga tempat set karaoke dan bioskop. Rumah memiliki 3 kamar tidur dan 2 kamar air, ada sinki, meja, dan pengharum haba atau masakan. Ingin yang lebih baik, join tur rumah.

This condo has a nice location and is quite recently developed. The lift was slow or cramped, as most bias comments suggest. High density is the main reason for reducing this condo. Perhaps the price is reasonable considering the location (15 minutes without peak hour to klcc) and amenities (tennis, badminton, gyms, basket balls, and swimming pools), which you get is fairly decent, especially for those working in kuala lumpur. Boleh tahan monthly maintenance, about rm 300. I hope the management of malaysia will do their best to maintain the condo to its best possible condition!.
