Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on homestay premises.
All the homestay equipment is to be handled with care. It is forbidden to remove equipment. [E.g. towels, covers, pillows, etc.]
Guests are liable to all damages caused by themselves or to the homestay’s property and its equipment. The Guest shall compensate the Homestay for any damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest.
Electric devices that are not a part of the homestay premises equipment are not allowed to be used inside the premises due to fire safety.
Please report any damages to the person in charge immediately.
Young children/ infants: We have to emphasize that stairs, balconies, etc. are major areas of risk for young children being without parental supervision. We do not accept liability for any accident or injury.
Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the homestay premises property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms or premises when going out and/ or going to bed. The Management of Homestay will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/ or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the homestay room or any part of the homestay for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
