Meru Homestay for up to 8 people

1. A Security deposit of RM100 per stay will be collected before check-in and refunded in full after 24 hours after check-out once we have checked for any damages and / or breakages during the stay.

2. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out as follows:

- Before 1 pm (F.O.C)
- Before 4 pm – RM40
- Before 6 pm – RM60
- After 6 pm – full day charge

3. The following activities/consumption are not allowed inside the homestay premises: Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia

4. Smoking inside the house/ apartment will result in penalty of RM200.

5. For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges.

6. Lost or damage of keys will attract a fee of RM100 for each.

7. The apartment should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.

8. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list.
