Overall, i would recommend this hotel. Nice atmosphere. The scent of a soothing scent welcomes you as soon as you walk into the lobby. The size of the rooms is ok for a boutique hotel but comfortable. Good amenities are provided, and the staff are very polite and welcoming. The only reason i didnt give it a full rate is because of the soundproofing. You can hear doors opening and closing, cars driving outside (had a room with a window.

Saya belum pernah menginap di hotel yang buruk seperti ini sebelumnya. Interiornya seperti penjara, ada tumpukan kotoran dan rambut di tempat tidur, tempat tidurnya juga penuh semut. Tidak ada jendela ke luar, dindingnya penuh dengan sel-sel ganas dan ada retakan di pintu. Suara pipa air terdengar jelas meskipun tidak ada di pagi hari. Pasta gigi yang disediakan sudah kadaluwarsa, isi minyaknya kuning dan baunya sangat tidak enak. Shower gel hampir habis. Saya membutuhkannya. Mencari petugas servis tergantung keberuntungannya.

The hotel doesnt offer bottled water, but they do provide a water dispenser in the lobby and a large glass container for water in the room. Its really very environmentally friendly and great! We loved it! Bello and bella hotel are truly an amazing space! Its conveniently located near leisure mall, making it easy to access almost anywhere in town, making it an ideal choice. Ekocheras mall is also directly across the street! The room itself is excellent. Although the room is quite small, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the shower is exceptionally shiok. There was previously stated that there was only one plug on the wall, but there are additional two plugs for usbs, so thats not a big deal in my opinion.

The hotel is in taman segar and within walking distance of leisure mall. Parking is no problem because there is plenty of parking right in front of it. The hotel has a shop, but i believe the price and price are done and it is beautifully designed to look and feel like the market. It is a very nice upscale look hotel from the outside and the inside. Rooms with theme design and practicality. Well done and proud of this hotel. My hong kong friend stayed here for 1 night and visited so the feedback.

The lobby is stunning, and the room is pleasant. Overall, i had a great time staying here. The room is compact but functional, there is no window, but thats okay. It was quiet at night, so i had a good nights sleep. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, and its not too far from klcc.

There is no parking available, and it is difficult to find parking on weekends close to the hotel area. The room decoration is nice and suitable for all purposes. Iron is available upon request, and the executive room bathtub is small.

A very unique boutique hotel in kuala lumpur. Situated in the heart of commercial areas, with plenty of food and drink options and all kinds of essential shops nearby. Next to cheras leisure mall. Facing multiple car parks, rm 8 per day, and providing easy access to transit around 100 meters from mrt Taman mutiara.

The table, chair, and wifi are good because im here for work. The room is good, and the bathroom is nice with a bathtub. But the ac is not working.

Lokasinya lumayan jauh dari jalan utama, tapi ada kereta bawah tanah baru tepat di depan, jadi mudah untuk berkeliling. Ada pusat perbelanjaan dan restoran di dekatnya, bagus. Hotelnya bersih, tapi kekurangannya adalah jendela atau lemari es. Wi-Fi bagus dan saya puas dengan harga yang murah.

The hotel that i adore the most in cheras. The staff is polite, the hotel has a very contemporary design, and there arent many free parking spots. Free coffee is provided.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Cheras Mall, so it may not be so convenient for people who don't own a car. If I didn't remember correctly, the receptionist is very kind. We reserve a deluxe room for a night. The room is quite modest. The bed appears to be ready as soon as you open the door, with only enough space for our luggage to open, and my hand luggage. Although I usually favor bathtubs, the bathtub in this instance is quite small, making it challenging to take a proper soak. I ended up taking a shower in the tub, which is really bizarre. Because then, the entire floor will be wet, you cannot take a shower while standing. The mattress is quite cozy, with a lot of fluffy pillows for snuggling and sleeping on. It would be fantastic if the deluxe room is bigger than it is superior. Usually, deluxe accommodations are marketed to be bigger than superior.

Hotel dengan pelayanan yang sangat ramah. Namun, kamarnya sangat kecil sehingga saya tidak bisa membuka koper. Terdapat jamur di kamar mandi dan stop kontak pengering yang sudah berkarat dan tidak berfungsi.

The environment is pleasant! The deluxe room is small but equipped with a bathtub, tv, safety box, tea and coffee set. The price is 2 stars, but the service is almost 3 stars. The staff is very friendly and the explanation is good. Overall, its a good place to stay!.

This place has a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and the hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Its situated in a convenient location near malls. However, there are only two available parking spaces, which are first come, first served. Moreover, there is a multistory car park right in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient.

I strongly advise this place. My husband and i spent the last night there with our infant. The setting is really lovely and welcoming. The room is cozy and tidy. My infant slept all night. The staff there is incredibly helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay, the rooms are tidy and cozy. Taman mutiara station is close by. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and the staff is friendly. A leisure mall is accessible on foot.

In my opinion, it is expensive, but the hotel is in a good location. There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Within walking distance is the cheras leisure mall. The style is trendy. Perfect for taking selfies.
