Location: Further away from City 6/10. Amenities: Hair Dryer, Electric Kettle, Water Heater, Aircon, Mini Bar, Beverages 8/10. Toiletries: Full Set (Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Shower and Shampoo, Comb) 8/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 WiFi Strength: 9/10 Bedding: Hotel Grade Comfy 9/10 Misleading title - Stated 2 King and 1 super single in description but is only 1 king and 1 super single. Still enough room. 7/10 Very Spacious as a young family of 3. 10/10 Receptionist: Both checkin and checkout receptionist attitude toward a cold side and no greeting at all. 5/10. Noise: Our room was facing toward construction site, in the middle of the night about 2-3am, they are still doing but sound is kept to minimal. 6/10 Switches: Abundant of Switches. 10/10

First, location is not good. If you are driving, good but if not, it's gg to be difficult to get there and there are not many amenities nearby. That being said, it's a clean hotel for families, with quiet rooms and is very affordable. Family room has 2 king sized beds. Would definitely stay here again. Check in and out very straightforward. $50 deposit returned on checkout.

New hotel, hence furnishing are in good condition. For further improvement, (1) hand soap should be provided for hygiene instead of suggesting the use of body shower gel., and (2) shower fixtures tend to be loosely secured and could come off.

For a simple place to sleep and shower in, this place left us with little to complain about. + The family room was good enough for our family with 2 adults and 2 children. + It was sufficiently-equipped to meet most of our needs, and things like toiletries and towels were included - which we were not sure about before we got there. + most importantly the place was clean. That mattered greatly to us. + parking alright, and there are eateries and a small supermarket in the same block. If we wanted to nitpick: - would have been good if the bathroom area came with a proper door - a fridge in the room would have been a bonus - staff member at the front desk was slightly aloof, but gets the job done.

NB hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2-star establishment. My stay here was much more comfortable than the 3-star hotel I stayed in 2 weeks ago. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was comfortable! Loved the perfume used at the lobby too. While I noticed minor stains on the towel, it was otherwise clean, and the overall cleanliness of the room was fine. Just below the hotel, there's a convenience stall, a supermarket, and dining options. It was a pity the prata stall wasn't opened the morning we were there. Overall, good experience!
