Ini adalah rumah keluarga yang sangat nyaman, bersih dan rapi. Di lantai dua terdapat ruang tamu, TV, buku, dll. Tempat teman bisa berkumpul. Ada juga lemari es dan dapur terbuka dengan microwave, kapal uap listrik, dll. Ada juga mesin cuci dan pengering di lantai dua dan empat, terasa penuh perhatian! Hotel ini terletak di dekat pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Kota Kinabalu, di mana makanan, pakaian, dan transportasi sangat nyaman. Saya tinggal di sini 14 hari kali ini dan pasti akan kembali nanti.

I give it 4 stars because its a different type of hotel. There is no tv in the room. It is not allowed to make loud noises after 9 pm due to this. Security is on point as you have to tap the code or card on the entrance door. The miss and her kid are nice and willing to be at your service at any time. So kudos to that. Washing machine and dryer are free, but you have to buy your own detergent. The downside is no daily makeup room (if you want it is a charge of rm 30 service) and towels can only be exhaled after 2 days. For the price, unless you can get good price through application, i would stay at another hotel with free daily room make up service next time. But its fine if you want to experience a different vibe of the hotel. Thank you oikos Poshtel, especially to akak and her child. Talk to them, they are friendly!.

The room is simple and has basic amenities. The design is cool, and the entrance is very secure. Only guests with passwords can enter the poshtel. I am staying on the fourth floor. Other common amenities offered on this floor include a water dispenser, iron and iron board, washing machine and dryer sharing with other guests. They also provide free wifi for guests. They will guide you to selfcheck in via text. Its so easy! And last but not least, the staff is really open to your suggestions if you have any! Keep going and thank you! However, i arrived early, but there was no one at the reception. Its better to call the number provided in your email during booking confirmation before entering the poshtel. Early checkin is only allowed 30 minutes before 3 pm. Apart from that, i had a great stay at oikos poshtel!.

The interior is nice and simple. There is a common area for watching tv. You can use their netflix acc. There are water dispensers and irons. I think they invest a lot in the bathroom and shower.

I am writing with a lot of disappointment. Situated in the citys centers center at kk time square, the busiest business district, across from the stunning golf view from the room window and across from imago mall. Which easily connects kk time square, malls, and multispeciality gleneagles hospital on the back side of this building, and there are many shops around. The rooms are adequate for a few nights stay with comfortable beds and air conditioning with good maintenance. The location is in a crooked, narrow area of the building, not having any displaying information or board for this staying hotel at least they should place a name board at the front, making it difficult to find this exact location. Another disappointment for us is that there is no parking and that we should park on imago mall level 1-3 only for 3 rm per day or else there is a lot of expensive parking nearby to look for. They didnt clearly mention it regarding parking facilities and also the entrance is so dark like entering a cave please fix it any bright light at least. But the rooms are really nice to stay in. Food is currently unavailable they said late only that also on online bookings they have mentioned it compliment breakfast but after coming here only comes to know that they are currently halting compliment meals, which is fine. However, please look into parking facilities and the entrance to be narrow and also. Please fix any name board outside definitely it is difficult to find those who come first time to your place, finally the room doors are damn hard to open and close, so push and pull to enter and exit, make it a normal door opening not a heavy burden feel pressure to pressurize ourselves. Sorry for the long word. It means a lot to everyone who spend money to stay at your place with hope. Room with a view of the gulf is good.
