1. Check in time : 3:00 PM

2. Check out time : 12:00 PM

3. Quiet Time [ 11:00 pm - 7:00 am ]

4. Late check-out fee: RM 50 per hour per house.

5. No smoking, vaping, hookah (Shisha), liquor and pet. (RM300 penalty for each time violations and must stop it immediately).

6. House facilities and items once broken, lost, or purposely damaged are considered sold, and guests will be charged accordingly.

7. Theft, illegal substances will be reported to police without exception and share on social media platform.

8. Fruits that emit strong odors or cause stains (such as Durian, Mangosteen, Mango, and Dragon Fruit, others) is strictly prohibited in homestay area.

9. Please turn off the water heater, air conditioning, fan, lights, water pump, TV, and Karaoke set. Switch off the water as well before leave.

10. Additional fees will be charged for cleaning and removing any odors or stains (including vomit) caused by guests action or item (e.g., fruits, foods, drink and others).

11. Stay at your own risk. The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables during your stay.

12. Decoration not allowed inside or outside the homestay, do not use nails, tape, or any adhesive materials on the walls, ceiling, or any surfaces/areas that may damage the original condition of the house.

13. Do not rearrange or move interior furniture or decorations without permission.

14. If any decoration or change causes damage, the guest will be responsible for the repair cost and must restore the property to its original condition.

15. If curtains are dirtied and require cleaning: RM1,800.00 ± (for the entire house per unit)

16. Please follow the maximum number of guests allowed per unit. Extra guests without prior approval may incur additional charges.

17. Park only in designated areas. The management will not be responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles.

18. If the stay involves any form of event prior approval from management is required. Permits or licenses are the responsibility of the guest.

19. A security deposit of RM300 per unit is required before check- in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and found in good condition. If the cost of repair, cleaning, or replacement exceeds RM300, the guest is responsible for paying the additional amount.
