The hostel is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are high, and the location is near bukit bintang and the monorail. The air conditioning is well sealed within the traditional house that makes up the hostel.

If youre looking for a cool place to stay, this is it. The place is really neat and clean. I loved how they worked to help the guests. The lady colored the maps with her hands even though she didnt have a printer. They helped me out by suggesting many places to go and everything.

The hostel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the monorail station, offering a pleasant stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the reception lobby offers a wealth of information. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to kl.

Fantastic! Fantastic personnel, lovely, wellkept structure. Excellent location, very close to jalan aloh, where you can get street food, and within walking distance of the golden triangle, where all malls are located. One of the staff members organizes food tours that will make your mouth watering! I adored it here.

I have been traveling to malaysia for over 6 years, so i can say without a doubt that paper plane is the best hostel in kl. Heres why. Always very clean - the bathrooms are constantly checked by the staff. Always nice and cool inside with good air conditioning. The best location - Its in a quiet kl area that is also close to many places like jalan alor, bukit bintang, pavilion mall, and vcr cafe. The staff are always excellent. Mika manages everything and is almost always there. Shes great. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are nice. The rooftop is also very nice for having a drink and looking out over the city. Wifi is always fast so you can work or whatever. Also, paper plane is in a completely renovated colonial era home that is really amazing and quaint. Stay at paper plane, you wont regret it.

Very clean, great location, but footsteps walking over the wooden floorboards can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Friendly and information staff.
