‣ This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking in this unit will result in an RM300 cleaning fee.
‣ Late check-out will result in a late fee of up to RM300.
‣ Loss of access or door cards will result in an RM100 replacement fee.
‣ Do not remove any item from the house.
‣ Shoes are not allowed inside the house.

Take Note:

1. Check-out time is strictly before 12am. Late check-outs will result in additional fees, 1 hour per RM50

2. Ensure the number of guests is accurately stated during booking. Any additional guests will be charged MYR 40 per night.

3. Damaged or missing items (e.g., stained bedding, damaged furniture) will require compensation according to the specified list of lost/damaged items.

4. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Violations, including activating fire protection systems, will result in a minimum fine of RM300.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our units. A penalty of a minimum of 300myr will be imposed should there be any violation of our house rules. (Should the fire alarm be activated, the cost of Emergency Services attending will be charged to the guest).

6. A replacement fee of RM100 will be charged for any lost or damaged access cards.

7. Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay, and any accidents or issues that arise will be the sole responsibility of the guest. JY Homestay is not liable for any claims or legal actions resulting from guests' actions or negligence.

8.Pets are strictly prohibited in this apartment.
