We stayed in a twin room. My son loves the hotel and asks to stay there every time we go to Johor. The room was clean with new curtains. The breakfast is ok with good varieties. Its location is convenient with TF hypermarket just across the road and Tesco and aeon at a walking distance. The room could use a deep cleaning to be better, and Moe light in the room would be super. Yet, overall it is good and worth the money paid.

My friend and i stayed in Pariss Hotel for one night. This is a old hotel, but they manged to keep the room look updated. The room that we had was clean. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The room is very big and spacious. For the price that we paid, its a very good deal. There is a 7-11 convenience store not too far away. Several good eateries and pubs nearby. There is also the GIANT supermarket just 1 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel has its own spa as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested for a late check out, which they kindly obliged.

It's our 2nd visit for this month, and again we are greeted by very friendly and helpful front-desk staffs, but sub-par chamber maids. When we reached and go to our room, it was already nearing 7pm. The chamber maid has just finished cleaning our room and we greeted one another at the door. The same cleaning lady we had in our previous stay. Once we stepped into the room, we are immediately drawn back due to the fuming vomit smell in the whole room. Yes, the whole room was full of vomit smell, to the extend I almost threw out ! We called the cleaning maid and told her about it, and then she took out a metallic device and told us that she can run the machine in the room to suck out the smelly air ! We rejected, of course, and went to the front-desk to complain about it. Without hesitation, the frontdesk staffs gave us another room, and after saying sorry for many many times, they upgraded our rooom too, just to ensure we have a pleasant night. Either the cleaning crew is shorthanded or lack of training, if it is done properly, this is definitely our go-to hotel. p.s., the new upgraded room we had did not have any toiletries as the cleaning lady forget to put it there ... so we need to contact front-desk again ... sigh ...

excellent services, comfort room and good staff. Sahur services is the most impressive and the staff is very friendly with customer. Room is look like the expensive view. The hotel place is strategic location where easy access to shop and supermarket like Tesco and Aeon. very recommended to business trip person, couple and even family to stay here.
