Before check in, customer should pay RM100 security deposit by online transfer/cash and will be refund on the day they check out

· The management will contact the police and take legal action by suing if you are determined to obey the rules.

b. Tenants are not allowed to bring outsiders (Visitors) into the unit.
Check Out time: 12 Noon
a. A unit cannot exceed 5 people including children.
o. It is forbidden to take property belonging to the house, it will be compulsory to pay compensation or police report or make if there is a theft.
