The room was spotless. It was in a great neighborhood, close to food, tourist attractions. Lots to do.

Overall, for the price, it is a decent hostel. Pine Armenians location was simple to find via application maps because there was no hostel name sign on the building. Simply locate the orange colored building. The hostel was surrounded by several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a mosque, and sightseeing spots. The hostel was cleaned daily. The internet connection was excellent everywhere in the hostel. I met the hostel team via whatsapp because i had only seen a cleaning man during my stay. Each bed had its own plug or socket to charge the phone or laptop. However, i dont recall if there was a bedside lamp for each bed. The hostel team provided me with an adapter for my charger because it didnt fit into the plug or socket. However, online management is very active via whatsapp. All issues are quickly resolved. Hightech nuance. The hostel has pin code access system for the main entrance door, the dormitory room, and the locker. Too many numbers to memorize and dial each time when needed. My roommates had trouble using the pin code access system at first, but after one day, we got used to it. The hostel is comparable to the application pictures.

I will definitely return here when i need a cheap stay in penang! The room is clean, the bed sheets are surprising clean, and there is no smell at all. The bathroom is also clean even though it is shared. The pantry has a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. They also provide free coffee. The online reception response is very fast and very good. The location is close to the bus stop, only 1-2 minutes walk, so very convenient. Thank you very much for the great service.

Lokasi hostel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata, dan terdapat supermarket dan restoran hanya beberapa ratus meter dari pintu masuk. Transportasinya sangat nyaman. Tempat tidur di hostel sangat bersih dan higienis, serta dilengkapi dengan fasilitas umum yang lengkap. Kamar mandi dan pancuran di kamar mandi juga dibersihkan setiap hari.

Hostel ini terletak strategis, dekat dengan dermaga wisata dan terminal bus, dengan akses transportasi yang mudah. Ada juga restoran dan supermarket di sekitar hostel. Tempat tidur di hostel bersih dan nyaman, serta dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Kamar mandi dan toilet dibersihkan setiap hari.

This place is truly remarkable, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff on the WhatsApp are exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist. Without a doubt, i would choose to stay here again in the future, offering excellent value.

Overall, i would stay again. Very clean rooms with good air conditioning. Provided towels and comfortable bedding. Code lock doors so no need for keys. Sweet location. The toilet floors are consistently wet, there are no curtains in the dorms, the code doors can be finicky, you can hear music at night from the next door bar, payment was confusing with no reception, also confusing to find with no sign outside.

The staff here are very responsive, the showers are hot, the ac works well, and the atmosphere is very social. Bed bugs and cockroaches are also present here.

Everything was good. But for muslim, they don't have mushollah to pray. Near from armenian street, jetty, and pangkalan ferry ✨🫶 Easy access for families. Free and fast internet connection. Clean and comfortable room.
