Recommended for an overnight stay. The room is brand new. We liked our bed not too soft and not too hard. However, the location lacks adequate ventilation. I feel suffocated because our room lacks a window. I also didn't see a fire exit on our floor. Wondering what will happen in an emergency or something. When we arrived, the receptionist was unfriendly. Our flight was delayed. We arrived hungry and exhausted. I gave him my passport. He asked for the voucher I booked through Papplication. For some reason, I can't find it in my inbox. He said he could not let us in if we can't provide the email confirmation. I understand the rules, but he could have said it in a nice way. Well, I already gave him my passport, and my name appears in the system. He could have given a better approach. What wonderful customer service! Anyway, overall, the hotel was nice.

The location and environment are quite modern, with shops a large main supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. And the location is pretty good if you drive northward towards the east coast islands or kelantan or southwards from koala terengganu.

The room was so luxurious! The location was so strategic and convenient. All facilities such as coffee maker, tea maker, and internet were so good. And then, the breakfast was also so bland. Subsequently, the room was so comfortable. After that, the location wasn't amazing. Besides that, the wifi in each room was stable. Besides that, the laundry facilities are also very good and available 24 hours a day.
