Though the hotel did not have other sorts of amenities, they do provide the basics. There's no elevator but it's alright as it is an old building. Staff were very accommodating, parking wasn't far from the hotel anyway and overall our experience there was good.

This is a small one-star hotel that was recently renovated. The location is also convenient. There are lots of eateries near this hotel. The receptionist is very kind and accommodating. I have stayed in many different hotels in Pontiac, but this one is by far the best. Rooms are clean and bright, with covered air conditioning.

We had a quick stay at this hotel due to business - site visit at Tg Bin Power Plant. We have no clue about the hotel and randomly make the decision after long journey from KL to Pasir Gudang before reached Pontian in the evening. The hotel location was great - near to amenities, banks and eatery places. The room is clean, neat and comfort for our 1 day stay.

Its in a historic area and is conveniently situated close to the pontiac recoil river. The beds are actually comfy. The room we were given was damp, but it didnt smell. When we checked the restroom, we discovered that the door was not closed and that there was no ventilation fan to draw the moisture out of the toilet! Other than that, the car was given a compound because hotel parking was limited and that we didnt realize we had to park on Sunday, and they did not notice that Friday and Saturday weekends were weekends in the door. It would be interesting to advertise at the front desk and as a reminder to customers. A row of houses at the rear of the hotel should be noted, as well as a few minor things. Dogs bowed throughout the night and a man talked frequently on the phone till about 11 p.m. The front of the hotel faces the main road, so the sound of vehicles is also quite loud. The addition of soundproofing the accommodations would be useful. Ants were also entering the chamber. But the room is clean.

Other than that, the car was assigned a compound because the hotel parking was limited to full lots, and I didn't realize we had to park on Sundays not to mention that weekend morning and Saturday weekend door was friday. It would be appropriate to post on front desk and remind customers. A row of houses at the back of the hotel is noteworthy in small ways. The entire night, dogs was barking and a man voiced himself loudly on the phone until nearly 11 p.m. The hotels front view faces a major road, making the vehicle sounds to be quite loud. It would be helpful to add some soundproofing the rooms. Ants were also entering the room. However, the room is clean.

This is a newly renovated small one-star hotel. Very convenient location. There are many restaurants around this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at many different hotels in Pontiac, but this one has to be the best. The room was clean and the corridor was bright with a covered air well.

At the Princess Hotel, we had a pleasant visit. We stayed in a deluxe room, with a little more space, two chairs, and a table. Since this hotel doesn't have a parking lot, there was a reserved parking spot, so we didn't have to worry about parking. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it appeared to have recently been renovated. Everything appeared new. The aircon worked well, and the control was flawless. The personnel was all really friendly. The shower had good pressure, and the heater worked fine. We reserved directly at the hotel and got a rate RM 12 less than Papplication.

We didn't have to worry about parking because it had a parking area reserved. The room was very clean and comfortable and looked recently refurbished. Everything appeared to be new. The air conditioner worked well and there was no problem with the control. Staff was all very friendly. The shower had good pressure and the heater worked well. Book direct at the hotel and get a rm 12 lower price than papplication.

In the old town, it is located in the middle of the Pontiac recoil river. As a result, the beds are comfortable and the mattress is also chilly. There was a damp and wet smell in the room that we were given. When inspecting the bathroom, I discovered that the door was not closed, and there was no ventilation fan to pull the moisture out of the toilet! Other than that, the hotel parking was reserved in a full lot, and we did not realize we had to place parking on Sunday, ignorant that Friday and Saturday are weekend weekends. It would be useful to post posters on reception and engage customers. A row of houses runs in the back of the motel. The dog screamed all night, and an uninvited man snarled on the phone until almost 11 oclock was present. The main road faces the hotel, so the noise of cars is also rather loud. A little more soundproofing the rooms would be useful. Ants were also entering the room. But otherwise, the accommodation is spotless.
