• Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and
requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the
neighbourhoods.

III. Parking at own risk. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the
owner.
• No shoes inside the home.
• No smoking inside the premises. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in
the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
• No parties or events.
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property
capacity is 8 people.
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining
room.
• Please use the swimming pool only between 7.00AM and 9.00PM
• Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
• No pets allowed.
• Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by
guests and will be reported to agoda.
• Please don’t use towel to remove your makeup. We are providing facial
tissue in our unit.
• As a parents, guardians of children aged 12 and under, you are personally
and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For
safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in homestay.
• Lost & found policy. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or
damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left
behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we
will try to assist you in locating your lost item.

• RM20 Exchange Bedsheet Set
Compensation Charges:
If the linens are stained will incur:
• RM20 / towel
• RM50 / bedding
• RM100 / sofa
• RM150 / furniture
• RM200 /air freshener and whole house fabric cleaning service to remove
smoking smell
• RM150 / extensive cleaning & rubbish dumpling due to parties
However, we are providing the stain remover in a cleaning supply cabinet
which you can try to remove the stains by yourself.
Late check-out charges:
• RM30 per hour will be imposed for guest who check out after 1pm sharp
on check out date without prior notice and agreed upon
• Full 1 night base rate charged on the guest who late check out after 3pm
without prior arrangement
