I will stay again. We only stayed one night, we wanted to remain longer because it is an amazing place and perfect for kids. They have amazing decoration, the staff and the location are great, the rooms and chromecast are also very nice.

We had a great two-night stay here. Ground-floor common area is thoughtfully designed and decorated. From the tiny play zone for kids to the foosball table and the all-day coffee corner for adults, it seemed like the ideal setting for us. There was rainbow-colored cutlery for children at the coffee corner as well. We stayed in a reasonably priced triple room with a kettle and mini fridge. The room was duplex and had a single bed and an aircorn which could be reached by the stairwell in the room. It also didn't make sense to sleep in a room above feet with the aircorn pointed directly at you. Although the shower was very near to the toilet, the restroom was tidy and clean. Every day, the breakfast selection changes and is displayed on the coffee corner wall the day before. pancakes are offered on Sunday, but as we didn't want pancakes, we requested bread and fried eggs instead. On Monday, there were egg croissants that were warm, crispy, and delicious. One portion might not be enough for one individual, so please request more.

Lagoon Residence is a nice, cozy place to stay. Located near the food center court so ibis is very convenient to walk around. The place is clean, comfortable and reasonable. The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Jenny. Love you.

The room is as expected like in the photo, the staff is friendly and the hotel is always clean. There are lots of things to play with family and friends in the lobby. Book early and enjoy free breakfast.

The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the upper deck extension, it gives the whole family more freedom without having two completely separated rooms. Kids and adults had a lot of fun in the common area, playing table football together. The owners were very kind and helpful, with good tips for the new year's eve fireworks.
