The receptionist was so friendly, thanks for the assistance, overall satisfied, eventhough located in middle of town there's no noises from dog. I'm very enjoying staying there.

Google map doesn't show how convenient this place is! Most of the attractions are in easily walk-able distance and if not, you can get Grab easily at about RM5 to most of them. The staff are cheerful and friendly. We told them about the sink draining slowly and they fixed it in that day itself. Comfy beds, pillows, relatively strong wifi. The water pressure in the bathroom may not be perfectly strong but it is nowhere weak. If I am to find something to improve on would be sound isolation. This room next to us had one wilder night and we can hear them laughing but it wasn't serious enough for us to complain about it. Also, note that there is no elevator on the premise. The top floor is only 2 floors up, though.

Lokasinya sangat nyaman, dekat dengan Mural Street dan Surname Joe. Ada banyak kafe dan restoran di dekatnya dan disarankan untuk parkir. Kursi yang kurang adalah keberuntungan dan layanan pelanggan sangat baik. Ada dispenser air di lantai dua hotel, jadi Anda tidak perlu merebusnya sendiri. TVnya sangat canggung, tidak responsif dan tidak bisa terhubung ke Internet, jadi jangan berharap terlalu banyak pada TV. Toiletnya bersih dan modern, dan ruangannya sangat dingin dan bagus.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and this hotel is perfect. I chose this hotel for my 1 night at the beginning. I got a huge and clean room with a fantastic condition. The beds are comfortable. The location is very strategic. Everything, including the boat dock, cafes, and restaurants, can all be reached by foot.

The hotel is not ideal if you have mobility issues because it requires 30 steps to climb to the first floor and double those to the second floor. It took me a while to figure it out. Since nobody is available to assist, you must bring all of your belongings to your room, so pack light. The room was adequate in size, but it didn't compare to the deluxe room I had reserved. The room is okay in some cases, but the room is well-equipped, including a kettle and an iron. Strangely, the bathroom floods because there is no shower curtain or cubicle. Before showering, make sure you make neither 1, nor two or a combination. Costing a cheap hotel in general is fair, nothing more is good.

I stayed for 1 night when I arrived and decided to stay at this place. Everything about the room was excellent, the room was roomy and tidy. The mattress is comfortable, the hotels location is a nice touch. There are many places to go, such as the jetty, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

I decided to stay in this place for 1 night when I first opened. This place has a great location for it's proximity to everything, such as the pier, cafes, and restaurants. The room was big and clean with an amazing room quality. The bed is comfortable.

Nice and clean place for 3 days 2 nights. No lift, you have to walk up to a shophouse kind of stay. Near to all food and street places. Parking is limited only 3 lots. Be careful, the 2nd night the water pump spoiled 4 hours.

Situated close to almost every tourist destination on penang island. The room is comfortable and wellkept. On the first floor, theres also a bingsu restaurant.

I chose this hotel to stay for one night when I first started. Everything was perfect in the room, which was spacious and clean. The mattress is comfortable, and the location of this hotel is the best. Everything is within walking distance, including the Jetty, cafes, restaurants, etc.
