Kamarnya sangat bagus, lokasi strategis, stafnya fantastis. Satu-satunya masalah adalah lokasinya di sebelah masjid, jadi bersiaplah untuk mendengar suara azan yang keras sekitar pukul 6 pagi. Bagi saya itu bukan masalah besar, tetapi mungkin orang lain akan merasa terganggu.

The nicest aspect of this place is its location, just a short stroll from kimberly street and prangis mall. Within the mall, there is a bus stop that is quite close, including the komtar station. The rooms themselves are pricey and nothing special. You can only appreciate the time and cultural significance of the period because the building is an old colonial one with renovated rooms. We rented a twobedroom apartment, which was only a tiny flat. There were lengthy, cramped stairs up, and no one on staff offered to assist us with our belongings. If you have large luggage, good luck. The pillows are soft, the linens are spotless, and the beds are cozy inside. You cannot stream your favorite shows because the tvs werent smart. Tea and coffee are complimentary.

Overall, a great place to stay for the price. The accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very nice. It had good amenities and included forks, spoons, and microwaves. It is located near a place where there is a lot of noise at night, but it stops after midnight. On the day we left, there was no staff at the reception, so dropping off our luggage was a bit difficult and we had to wait for a while. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and attractions.

March 2025. We reserved a threebedroom apartment with a master bedroom and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom with another queen bedroom. The threebedroom suite is decent, reasonably clean, and quiet. However, the central air conditioning system requires you to set it to as low as 16 degrees celsius to ensure it is not too warm when you sleep at night. There is a hot water switch, but if you forget to turn it on, you will only have a cold shower. Most service can be done via WhatsApp, so its kind of convenient.

Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya bersih secara keseluruhan! Hanya saja tidak ada lift dan agak sulit untuk membawa barang bawaan sendiri! Kuncinya adalah ketenangan di area yang ramai, pengalaman yang sangat bagus! Saya akan mempertimbangkan tempat ini lagi lain kali.

Overall, it was a good experience. The family enjoyed their stay, except for the narrow, dangerous staircase leading to the room. If you intend to stay with elderly people, consider reconsidering their safety.

Tempatnya baru, bersih dan nyaman. Lokasi strategis dari tempat makan dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Kamar selalu berada di lantai satu, jadi kita harus naik tangga. Dan suasananya sangat bagus. Saya sudah menginap 3 kali.

The twobedroom suite is located on the main road, above empty shops, and up a flight of stairs. The room is clean and the decor is modern. The master bedroom is very nice and spacious with a desk. The bathroom is also clean and modern. We arrived 2.5 hours early and our room was ready. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. There is no need for keys or cards, they have an electric number pad to enter. The hotel is next to a mosque so you can always hear the call to prayer and the call to prayer and also a mechanic. If you are on the street side, you can also hear a lot of street noise. We ended up booking an extra night because we werent feeling the best to travel. I went to reception to inform them and also to pay the tourist tax and penang government tax of rm 2 p per night. The receptionist misheard my room and tried to charge me more so always doublecheck the calculation.

The location is very strategic, close to chinatown and komtar. Very convenient for travelers who want to explore georgetown. There are many food options around the hotel. You have to climb stairs to reach the room so its not for people who are immobile.

Saya suka lokasinya, staf cepat merespon melalui WhatsApp dan tata letak ruangan. Tangga membuat kamar ini kurang ramah lansia. Namun, hotel ini telah melewati masa-masa yang lebih baik. Perawatannya kurang. 2 Dari 3 lampu di ruang tamu tidak berfungsi. AC di kamar queen tidak berfungsi dan jauh lebih hangat daripada kamar lain di apartemen. Keran bidet rusak di hari pertama. Penghargaan khusus untuk Shakil atas pelayanannya yang luar biasa. Dan juga perbaikan layanan petugas kebersihan di hari pertama.
