1. If you plan to cook, that's fine but please make sure you wash the plates and bowl after it.
2. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and DO NOT cause any major or superficial damages. Or, if something is broken or stolen, we will ask for compensation。 (Forfeit the Deposit) .
My properties are inspected thoroughly after every guest.

3. If you’re using the air conditioning, please always remember to switch it off after use.
4. STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. Smoking may allowed in balcony but please dont use our bowl to put your ash! We will charge you RM50 per bowl if you did so.
5. In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, a formal warning be issued. If continued disturbance to any residents persists, guests will be escorted off the premise by local law enforcement.
6. If evidence of smoking is found inside of the unit during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a *fine of RM200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.
7. Please throw the rubbish once the rubbish bag is full.
Hope that u enjoy your stay, if there is any cleaning problem please text me immediately and we will send the cleaners to clean it again for you,hope you understand that sometimes the time of check out and check in time is too close so when we do inspection we may left out some parts.
