Good stop over if you can't make Perhentians. This little village was quiet, not many of restaurants open on sunday. Hotel comfortable and close to Jetty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was basic, clean and convenient for my overnight stay before I caught the early morning ferry. Staff were pleasant on check-in, able to answerr my questions. The room was very basic, but clean. Great location for the ferry.

My first impression of the property was "what have I done". It's okay for a few hours stay. We had a room for 3. We carried our own sheets/towels. There was no water at all in our bathroom. Wifi was not bad. Its near the beach but the beach is not pleasant. Being Ramadan period most of the shops were closed.

we booked a family room (2 double bedded), to our disappointment, it was sold to other guest. So, what hotel.com claimed in the email that our room is guaranteed and no need for confirmation was not true at all. The hotel gave us two rooms instead (luckily there were still rooms available). One room we entered, it was smelly, we found out that the smell came from the bedsheet and the pillow case (obviously,the cleaner just made up the room without having the said items changed). The other room the toilet flush reservoir did not function. We complained, and immediately we were given another upgraded rooms. Hmm, the toilet's flush tank was not working in one of the rooms but the other was ok. Tired of complaining so we just make do what we had. Luckily its just a one nite stay. The good thing about this hotel was the distance to Perhentian Island's bound Jetty. It just a five minutes walking distance.

The hotel serves it purpose as a rest stop for the Islands. It could do with a refurbishment and painting but it sufficed for a nights rest. It might be a bit cleaner if the staff weren't on their phones instead of working. It's location is ideal for the bus station, organising trips and getting something to eat at a cafe or food stall.

Vi bodde här endast en natt eftersom skulle till Perhenthian ön. Hotellet är inte alls i bra skick men vi visste detta när vi bokade men vi kunde heller inte hitta något annat boende nära jetty genom hotels. Att stanna här en natt funkar men skulle nog ej orkat med fler nätter. Räkna med myror inne på rummen.

I understand this isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel, but I wasn't expecting towels and sheets that were stained black and yellow. There were actually black specks on towels. And there were bugs crawling all over the room. I had a hard time falling asleep because I was so freaked out by how many bugs there were. There was mold all over the toilet, and spiders in the bathroom. The A/C didn't work, there was no remote to the TV, and no WiFi. The staff was kind enough, but it didn't make up for the condition of the hotel.

Hose pipe in bathroom just tight with rubber band and always loose from water pipe, feel dissapointed suppose tight in with hose clip.The hotel management must looking foward to improve the servicing. Also the astro facility not working as advertising.
