🎉 Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

👥 The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside the property.

🍺 Alcohol and non-halal food are not allowed on the premises.

🔫 Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

🐈 Pets are not allowed.

💔 Any loss or damage to the property or its contents will be deducted from the security deposit based on the extent of the damage.

🔒 Please inform the host immediately if a bedroom door becomes locked. The host will provide further assistance and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not move or rearrange any furniture, including mattresses, beds, and other furnishings.

⚠️ Please do not switch off the WiFi modem, refrigerator, or water purifier.

💡 Before checking out, please ensure that all lights, fans, and air conditioners are switched off. Please also lock all doors before leaving.

⭐️ Kindly notify the host once you have checked out.

🧹 Please leave the homestay in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state.
