Absolutely perfect for solo travellers as they have dedicated single rooms! Single bed with your own shower and toilet - why dont more hotels do this with purposely designed kne person rooms. Its a narrow room but it doesnt feel cramped at all. Location is great - on the harbour front just 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal however as always in Malaysia mind the cars and near all the main Penang streets. Good value - recommended.

Really sad that we didn’t get the try the pool, but we did make the most of visiting the local area. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and made us feel really welcome. They arranged for all our clothes to be cleaned and neatly folded ready for the final leg of our trip. Great location, would 100% recommend to friends. Also, the softest towels that I’ve had in any hotel anywhere in the world.

I stayed there a few times and it was amazing. The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and it felt very comfortable and private. Security is provided below the hotel, and the gate to it is closed at night and only opens for entry and exit. Great view, good location with many restaurants and other things nearby. The soundproofing was excellent despite being along a busy road. I would recommend it to everyone.

A fantastic place to stay in guyana, its conveniently located within walking distance to many goos areas, even during the heat of the day. The staff is extremely friendly, and even though the pool is small, it was perfect for us.

This place is fantastic! Maes outstanding customer service really stood out. She was kind, accommodating, and genuinely concerned about the visitors. She anticipated our requirements and was quick to offer suggestions and assistance whenever needed. All in all, thanks to maes outstanding breakfast service, my stay at this hotel was made even more enjoyable. I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast served with a smile!.

The location is excellent. You can stroll a short distance to several adorable, inventive cafes and restaurants. Little india, the old town, and museums are all close by.

Nice hotel environment, comfortable room, right bed and pillows, sunrise view room. Breakfast is not provided. It is recommended to walk to xen teck cafe for delicious local snacks. I checked in early march, fire alarm rang twice at night. I dont know what caused it to ring, and there was no hotel announcement. It is recommended that the hotel check the reasons to avoid the same situation.

Savv hotel team provided us with exceptional hospitality. The location is excellent, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even assisting us in providing us with a walking stick and wheel chair for my mother, who wasnt feeling well. Additionally, the charming little pool was a delightful experience.

I chose the seafacing cabin room because it was cozy, comfortable, and ideal for a solo trip. The bathroom is a generous size, with a decent shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries provided. Consider adding a retractable clothesline in the bathroom to hang wet items? The room includes a mini fridge, safe, electric jug, tea and coffee packs, slippers, robes, hangers, among other amenities, for your use. Evidently, the taps water is wellfiltered and completely safe for drinking. On request, an iron and an ironing board are available. The modern decor at the reception gave it a pleasant open and bright atmosphere. Theres a lovely outdoor area with a small pool, a few lounge chairs, and seating areas. The key card provided allows you to access your room, the lift, and the staircase gates. The reception is only staffed from 8 am to 11 pm, but there is a security officer on duty aroundtheclock at the counter on the ground floor. The location is good, surrounded by food and street art. There are convenience stores nearby, and some popular attractions are just a short walk away. The major advantage is that it is very close to the main bus terminal, which has buses to go almost anywhere on the island. The staff i met were all very nice, but i was particularly amused and impressed with the security personnel i met when i first arrived. He showed me to the lift to bring me to reception, and while on my way up, he rushed up by stairs and voila! He welcomed me when the lift door opened and directed me to the reception. How fantastic! Overall, had a very good stay.

The hotel is in a great location, a 3minute walk from art street, opposite zhouqiao, and there is delicious food downstairs. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are also relatively new, but the swimming pool is a bit mini!.

We had a wonderful holiday over the new year. The room was roomy, had a fantastic bathroom, and had a terrace. On the 31st of December, we found town a little too busy, so we purchased some beers from the minimart next door and relaxed on the terrace, where we could witness numerous fireworks displays, as well as witness traffic noise and horns honking at midnight below. The reception staff and security guards were consistently friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location. I wholeheartedly endorse it!.

The room is nice and well sealed. It is also very close to the pier and art street and can be reached quickly. The service is also good, and there is also a service in china. Its also very convenient to call a taxi, its on the main road. The price/performance ratio is also quite high.

Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya sangat bagus dan bersih, detail kapsul kopi setiap hari, resepsionis yang sangat ramah. Situasi sempurna. Beberapa kekurangan mungkin kedap suara harus lebih baik. Kolamnya kecil, mereka bisa memasang lebih banyak tempat tidur gantung.

The included breakfast is excellent. We had mae prepare our breakfast, eggs one day, and roti canai the next. Both were expertly prepared and lovingly served to our tables. I adored her personality! She made us feel at home. She was without a doubt the highlight of our hotel stay!.
