Lokasi hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Selain itu, hotel ini juga menyuguhkan pemandangan kota yang indah dan menyejukkan mata.

Our room was lovely, contemporary, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. We were genuinely astounded by the value. The pool has a fantastic view, but there were very few seats available, so we had to swim and leave because there was nowhere to sit. There is plenty of room for additional beds and deck chairs. Additionally, the bar and restaurant up there arent open, they are only open for events. It seems a little strange to me because we would have enjoyed an evening drink on the roof. It seems like a missed opportunity!. The location was excellent, about 1 km from klcc, which includes the closest train station. Please be aware that grab can be difficult in kl, waiting for a car for 20 minutes. We tended to stick to trains whenever possible. Finally, as everyone has mentioned, the elevators are a bit of a nightmare. Dont anticipate going anywhere quickly!.

The apartment was spacious, the tv and wifi worked perfectly, especially for our room, and the shower was nice. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to hang our towels properly to air. The drains also smelled bad, hitting you as soon as you entered the room, but after a while it was fine and the air freshener worked. The pool view was also amazing, but it was very cold. Unfortunately there werent enough beds and we had to leave our stuff on the side. One day there were many families who claimed the beds but didnt use them but i guess it must be a first come first served basis but we waited for over an hour while some were free. Maybe people put their towels there for the day and return to their rooms? But there is plenty of room for a few more beds or chairs. This just put us off going back to use the pool. They also provide towels but there was only one left that we had to share. The lift is also a nightmare, with only 4 for the whole building, so dont expect to go anywhere in a hurry. There is a shop at the bottom that doesnt cost too much and accepts cards. Not many restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the towers.

Clean and spacious. You can go to the top floor to do a gym and swim. You can see the beautiful kl tower from the top. But my room was never cleaned by room service, maybe call first. Also, there is a mini market near the lobby, which is nice.

Tempat tinggal atau hotel yang bagus, kamarnya ditata dengan baik dan bersih, kolamnya bagus, tidak ada yang perlu dikatakan, beberapa komentar mengatakan tentang waktu tunggu lift yang lama, tetapi bagi saya, ketika saya datang ke Scarletz 3 kali, tidak ada masalah atau menunggu lift. Jika tidak, nilai uang yang luar biasa!

Proses check-in dan check-out cepat. Kamarnya besar, bersih, dan memiliki pemandangan yang indah. Gambar-gambar di internet mungkin sudah lama. Tidak benar. Tempat tidurnya bersih dan nyaman. Meja samping tempat tidur tidak cukup. Untungnya tidak ada yang harus tidur di sofa itu. Ini sudah selesai sepenuhnya. Kami tidak menggunakan kolam renang. Baunya seperti yang dia lihat. Semoga banyak anak yang menggunakannya dapat melewatinya dengan baik. Segala sesuatu yang lain sudah cukup tua. Kerumunan orang menumpuk di depan 4 lift ekspres sepanjang jalan keluar. Tanda di ruangan menunjukkan bahwa Anda harus memberikan waktu 30- 60 menit selama jam sibuk. Tidak ada restoran, menurut saya sangat disayangkan. Proses check-in dan check-out cepat.

This homestay is highly recommended for small groups or small families. One major advantage of this place is its strategic location near klcc. The amenities were just adequate a small infinity pool, elevator overcrowded. The best amenity you can use is the gym. There is no designated parking space, so you can park anywhere available. The ramp is also quite wide. Residents can validate their parking ticket for a minimal fee. Check out at 12 pm and check in at 2 pm, making the elevator overcrowded during these hours. I do find it unfair while reading a notice stating to avoid overcrowded elevators, it is best to check out at 10 am, two hours before the usual check out time. The homestay we chose, movie inspired studio, was perfect for our group staycation. It is exactly as described and suitable for 4 people. Our staycation is mostly to enjoy day trips in kl, so we didnt have to deal with the overcrowded elevator - we checked in at 3 pm and left at 10.40 am the next day.

The room was amazing, clean and very complete. The management must have very good experience understanding all the needs of the travelers. The location is also near the twin towers and most of the attractive city views. The only thing that became an issue from scarletz suites only the elevator is not relevant for the large number of their customers. But the staff are always helpful and full of understanding. Thank you very much for the great service.

Saya memesan kamar melalui Airbnb dengan ukuran yang kecil, tetapi ada kamar yang berada di lantai yang lebih tinggi dan kamar yang lebih besar. Lokasinya bagus karena dekat dengan Menara Kembar Petronas KLCC. Namun, liftnya terlalu lambat, yang merupakan masalah besar.

Overall, a very good experience at a reasonable price in the city center of the country. I was concerned when i read the reviews about the lifts, but to my surprise, i had no issues. The lift is fast and quiet, with a very good lift system. I was really impressed with the design of every corner, the restaurant the white forest is very unique, you walk through a white jungle and into a secret place with a very good atmosphere. The gym was fantastic to work out in. This place is very convenient with a nice sky bar on top for chillax downstairs there is a convenient store like 7 11. Check in was a good experience, not as long as people complained about, i think it is probably peak season or just small groups of complainers. The service team is very good, i have something to fix and they came very quickly.
