Budget hotel well worth the price. Very friendly receptionist. Relatively old but clean with basic facilities such as hot shower, shower gel and soap, towels, coffee cup with no provision of coffee or tea, cupboard with few hangers, and old 12 tv. Free wifi but almost useless as the connection was very bad. Quiet place with lots of parking. Sunset sea view is great but you cant walk directly to the beach as it is a busy road and access to the beach is prevented by barricades. There is a steam boat restaurant next to the hotel and roadside muslim food stalls are a short distance away. There is a pub at the end of the hotel block. For great chinese food you can drive 1.5 km towards the lukut town area to choose your choice cheap food court food or seafood restaurants.

The hotel is satisfactory. Its location is conveniently close to a sea view. Considering the price, the hotel offers good value.

The hotel is very old but still clean, no hair dryer, good for budget trips, breakfast and dinner are available outside the hotel, within walking distance. The view in front of the hotel is very good.

This is a budget hotel with a nice view of the sea. The bed and pillows are comfortable. You can also rent for half day, with checkout at 4 pm. The restroom is not high class, and there are no elevators, so you have to walk all the time.

We came for a brief stay. We paid rm 85 per night for a dble queen bed with a nice open sea view across the street from the hotel. The hotel has air conditioning, you get what you pay for. We chose this location because it is close to a good seafood restaurant across the street.

The hotel is a bit far from the main beach, but thats not a problem, its just a good luck to get a room with a door. The problem is that the air conditioner doesnt have a remote. The rest is fine, its just the price.

Hotel ini cukup bau kap mesin dan bau rokok. Kami sekeluarga tidak suka bau asap rokok. Cat temboknya mengelupas. Lemarinya lusuh. TV adalah neraka. Ini seperti duduk di rumah tua yang tidak berpenghuni. Cuma seram dan dingin. Cuma 1 bintang.

There is plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Shan and pushpa, the pleasant and welcoming receptionists, required a refundable rm 100 deposit upon checkin. The corridor smells strongly of smoke, but it is not present in the room. The air conditioning is extremely chilly and noisy. The bed feels like it has spring coils protruding from the body.

They have a good staff. We lost our access card. Its our fault. The staff is very kind and helps us in the middle of the night. Good view from our room to the beach. Basic accommodation is complete but no towel provided.

The hotel is in a good position. The room is fine. The bathroom is very small. No windows. The ac worked fine. The sheets were dirty and smelly. They provided towels, soaps and shampoo. The reception is good. A deposit of 50 rm is required, which is returned at checkout. You cant expect much for a cheaper price.

The hotel is very worth the price. The receptionist staff named firdaus is very helpful and polite in providing his service to us. The room is very clean and tidy. This hotel is recommended if you are on a budget and don't care. The setting is excellent! Plan a brief vacation to Port Dicks at the last minute. Book an hour before check-in and get a great offer on Papplication Room 80 for sea view. Typical room, near the beach, right next to a good restaurant that opens in the evening, as well as a small convenience store. The restaurant Ian Baker is also close by, just a minute's walk or a brief drive away.

The only good thing is that there is a nice restaurant nearby where you can get asian baker. The rooms were cramped, full of cigar smell when you enter, no windows, not enough place to move around the bed. There is a seafront in front of the hotel, you can simply watch, cannot go near either.

The sea view room was fantastic, but the bathroom was a touch dirty. When i was in the shower, i even heard a tiny centipede crawling up my foot. The room was cozy, and you wouldnt hear a sound even when it rained. The air conditioning was excellent, but not the tv channel. There were numerous blackouts during my stay due to heavy rain and thunder, but fortunately, these blackouts only lasted a few seconds before the power returned. The best part was the view of the sunset in front of the hotel. I would return here just for the view, but maybe i will try another room. The sunset view in front of the hotel is shown below.
