This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water . Keep in mind the other half of the rooms face the street , but a busy vibrant street .

Throughout my visit to the city, I did not actually remain at this hotel. I was greeted by the staff members, who were friendly and provided me with a few rooms as I required. Definitely in better condition than the inn I stayed in. The latest of the three sipadan inns is in a better location, especially if you visit Mulan with scuba junkies, which is very close to their office and jetty. Thought to inform visitors since I didn't see any comments when booking hotels in Seporna. It is a tiny seafront town with everything nearby, but if you carry your luggage on a hot day, these narrow, carried streets are not that easy to walk through.

I didn't stay at this hotel entirely, but I did visit while in town. The staff there was very nice and gave me a couple of rooms as I asked. It is in unquestionably better shape than the inn I stayed in. It is the newest of the three Sipadan inns and in a better location, especially if you go to Maureen with scuba junkies, very close to their office and jetty. Thought to warn travelers as I didn't see any comments when booking hotels in Seppadan. It is a tiny seafront town with everything close by, but if you bring your luggage on a hot day, those narrow, carried streets are not that easy to walk through.

Tv remote down. Only one channel. Shower cannot change from top to normal mode. Valve spoilt. Toilet v small. Room 303

Best way to describe this hotel room is,Tiny, tiny, and cramped. Apparently all rooms are the same or at least those facing the city. One very small room two small beds and no room for anything else. I had no place for my luggage and had to use the second bed to open my luggage. When I opened the bathroom door, it would block the way to the room and would not even open all the way. Beds were single and quite small. Bed sheets did not look white and were kind of yellow-ish Overall room was tiny and dark since facing an alley receiving almost no light. I saw one of the seaview rooms the next day while being cleaned. They are quite nicer with one bed and bright and of course seaview. Unfortunately my room was a total disappointment. Shower head and water pressure were the only positive points in this room.
