Sky Suites at KLCC by Mitstay

Please Note:

1.⁠ Check-Out Time
Check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur additional charges. Mitstay reserves the right to impose a late check-out fee equivalent to the applicable nightly room rate.

Guests who wish to check out early before 8:00 AM must provide prior notice one day in advance during our operating hours to allow the necessary arrangements to be made. Requests received outside our operating hours may not be able to be accommodated or processed in time.

2. Damage and Degradation
Any room degradation or damage (including but not limited to blood, vomit, bodily fluids on linens, broken furniture, or misuse of property) will be charged in accordance with Mitstay’s Missing/Damaged Item List. Guests are liable for all repair or replacement costs.

3. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units. A minimum penalty of RM300 will be imposed for any violation. Should the fire alarm be activated due to smoking, all charges incurred from Emergency Services will be passed on to the guest.

4. Prohibited Activities
The use of illegal drugs or engagement in any unlawful activity within the unit is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate termination of the booking, removal of the guest without refund, and may lead to legal action.

5. Access Card Policy
Lost, stolen, or damaged access cards will incur a replacement fee of RM200 per card.

6. No Pets Allowed
Pets are strictly prohibited within the building and all Mitstay-managed units.

7. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.
• Stays under 7 nights: RM200 per room
• Stays of 7–14 nights: RM500 per room
• Stays of 15–28 nights: RM1,000 per room (Utilities charge applies if usage exceeds RM300)
• Credit Card and Alipay payments are accepted and subject to an 8% merchant processing fee.
• Cash deposits will be refunded immediately upon check-out, provided no damage, loss of access card, late check-out, or breach of house rules has occurred.
• Deposits via Online Transfer / QR Payment / Credit Card / Alipay or other online methods will be refunded within 3–10 working days, subject to merchant processing time.

8. Facility Availability
Please note that the swimming pool and gym facilities are currently closed for renovation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the amenities.

9. Late Check-In Policy
A RM50 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 11:00 PM (GMT+8, Kuala Lumpur time).
Guests are required to inform Mitstay of their expected check-in time upon reservation or no later than 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Failure to notify may result in extended waiting time or the reservation being treated as a no-show if arrival is past 11:00 PM without prior notice. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Extra Guest Policy
RM50 per pax per night will be charged for each extra guest if exceeding the room allocation; entry may be denied if total guests exceed the maximum capacity.
