THINGS YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND

1) Check In & Check Out Time

Check In 3 PM & Check Out 12 PM. (We appreciate the compliance on this timing. If your wish to check out/check in in different timing, contact host personally)

2) Guess Access

Access card to the building & lift and door password to enter the suite.

3) Facilities are not open yet

The triplet-towers are connected by a Marina Bay Sands-styled roof terrace known as "Sky Park" at level 61 and 62 but this swimming pool, gyms & roof top view is NOT OPEN yet.

4) Parking Instructions

Self PAID Indoor Parking is available (WILSON PARKING) with Parking rates as below.

Monday - Sunday (7.00 am - 7.00 pm)
First Hour or Part thereof - RM 4.00 / per hour
Subsequent Hour or part thereof - RM 4.00 / per hour
Maximum rate RM 12.00 / per day

Monday - Sunday (7.00 pm - 7.00 am)
RM 8.00 / per entry

Lost Ticket Charge
RM 50 / per ticket

Clamping Release Fee
RM 100 / per vehicle

5) Maximum Occupants

Only the MAXIMUM number of guests is allow to enter the unit (4 adult / 3 adult+ 2 kids / 2 adult 2/3 kids)
Please communicate with the host if you wanted to bring extra occupancy to the suite.

If Guest found exceeds the occupancy mention in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining.

Additional guest need to pay RM 50 per person/day for every day.

6) Pets

No pets on the Property

Guests who bring a pet or pets without permission will be charged RM 200 Pet Fee for cleaning purposes.

7) Smoking Fee

Cleaning fees (RM 300-1,000) if guess found to smoke inside the suite. This is very important to make sure cleanliness of the suite to the other guess.

Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal).

8) Reporting Damage

Guest is expected keep the Property in a good condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furniture, fixtures, stain to the fabrics including carpets or other notable damage found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy.

9) Damage Cost

Guest agrees to pay any damage to the furniture, fixtures, stain to the fabrics including carpets or other notable damage of the suite and this isu will reported to agoda for claim purposed.

10) Items Left Behind

Host NOT responsible for loss/left of personal items. If you leave an item after check out. Please contact host to look at it within 2 hours.

11) Shoes

No shoe/sandal/slippers allow inside the suite.

12) Complaints from Neighbors

Please respect our neighbours. Quiet time is 12midnight to 8am. The guess should responsible for any complaint from other residents.

13) Food & Waste

Please dispose waste food in the available trash can. The main garbage collection point located at the same floor (near the staircase). Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only.

Durian, Mangosteen & dragon fruits are NOT PERMITTED in the suite

14) Key Replacement

Any access card replacement due to lost or damaged will charge at RM 200/card.

15) Moving Furnitures

Indoor and outdoor furniture shall not re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.

16) Linens

Please take care of the linens in the suite such as bed sheets and towels. Make up/foundation, face medications/creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular provided hand/bath towels to clean your skin products. Additional cleaning charges will be charge if significant stain found in the linen. We appreciate your cooperation.

17) Additional Cleaning Charge

An additional cleaning charges estimated around RM 50-100 will be charged if additional cleanup is required instead of standard cleaning procedures.

18) Illegal Substances & Activities

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and guest can immediately eviction from the Property. if found to do so.

Hosting NOT RESPONSIBLE for any illegal gathering, gambling, drug trafficking, prostitution, etc that would tarnish the reputation of our suite and facilities that can jeopardise others resident's safety.

Guests agree that any drug use on the property, or using
the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance at your own responsibilities throughout the stay.

NO refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.

The management is working closely with Police in order to deter and fight crimes in our suite & building.
