Refundable Damage Deposit
📢 Guests must pay a refundable damage deposit of MYR300 one day before check-in.
▶ Damage deposit fully refundable. Refunds are processed within 1–2 days via ONLY Online Transfer (domestic guests) or Wise App (international guests).
▶ Wise refunds may be slightly less than MYR300 due to transfer fees.
▶ Accepted payment methods: Online Transfer (domestic) | Wise App (international) | Cash at our Saradise office (separate location before 9PM) ONLY.
✅ Please provide a reachable phone number for booking confirmation.
✅ Guests must verify their identity by uploading a valid ID to the pre check-in registration form provided by the host.
❌ Same-day reservations made after 9PM will not be processed.

House Rules
✅ Respect check-in and check-out times. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and charged MYR50 per hour.
❌ Smoking is strictly prohibited. A MYR300 penalty applies for violation.
❌ Pets and durian are NOT allowed.
❌ Illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and are subject to the Laws of Malaysia.
🕖 Quiet Hours: 8PM–8AM. Please keep noise low during this time.
◼ Any noise complaints or penalties issued by the Apartment Management during the stay will be charged to the guest.
