Overall, its fine and acceptable. The toilet appears old and has some small cockroaches, but overall it is fine.

The receptionist was very friendly, but she spoke over the phone three or four times confirming the public transportation conveniences and distance, which ended up being extremely disappointing. Ive spoken with her about my concerns about public transport convenience and she told me it is 10 minutes walk away. When i arrived late at night, he said it would be only 10 to 15 minutes to walk across in the dark, so ive decided to take a taxi. Im just furious over this misguided information, and then they didnt take any initiative or offer resolving my situation. The hotel room was great and comfortable enough to sleep, however, im hoping your staff will be more enthusiastic in providing the best service that exceeds the guests expectations in future. Thank you for having us.

I really enjoy my time here. The room is clean and so comfy. The receptionist is all kind and welcoming. There are many shops close to this hotel such as 99 Speedmart, Huge Mini Market, and Okmart.

This place is suitable for short trips or business trips. The price is affordable, the service is good, and there is free parking. However, i found the room to be a little dirty, it looked like mold, but its okay for the size of the corner room. Apart from that, everything else in the accommodation seems fine for me.

The waiter at the counter here is very polite to customers! The service attitude is excellent! If you have any needs or encounter problems with the hotel, you can resolve them quickly rather than rush, just take them!.

Lokasinya deket ke kedai sama resto. Ukuran kamarnya lumayan gede buat keluarga. Gak disediain gula, kopi, ataupun serbuk teh. Parkirannya kena double park. Pegawai difront desk baik dan ngebantu banget.

Excellent value, ideal for a quick, straightforward stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of hygiene. The shower holder is frequently damaged, making it primarily suited for hand showers. Its quite convenient to find an indian restaurant next door. There are several convenience stores close by.

The staff named alham was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Also, they were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed.

Last time I stayed here last October 26, 2016 I liked the good cleanliness, comfort, and bathroom. There is also a Mama Restaurant below the hotel, so there's no hunger problem. The hotel is also close to a convenient shop, 7-11. It's difficult to park at night, but there's little noise, so I can sleep well.

The receptionist is very friendly and provides excellent service. There isnt much parking, but you can still find a place to park. No cafe nearby, you must pass utmost toll to get to the cafe. If you just eat in cincai, also have hv mamak next to you.
