Very spacious room (executive suite). Near to mydin and amanjaya station bus. Overall good and recommended for short trip traveller.

It was a short trip. The room is spacious for a couple and a child. There is extra hanging space provided. More than 3 wall plugs for charging. The lady at the desk is not friendly and always has a frown on her face. The shower in the room is not working, leaking is very dangerous if you turn on the switch. Everything else is fine with the price provided.

Cheap. The area is also close to the bus station, mydin and many other shops. However, there is no tissue provided, the shower cant function and i feel itch after sleeping on the bed. But others are fine for a temporary stay or backpack.

Nothing in the hotel let me down. Everything is fine, but if at all possible, the hotel should replace the receptionist with someone who speaks english.

The price is reasonable, and the location is strategic. The room is spacious and tidy. The air conditioning and water heater are all functional. Hmm, maybe need to clean more. I found a pack of mamee near the bed and the kettle still had some water inside.

I got a great deal on this place. We booked last minute, but we were satisfied with the room condition overall, there was a minor table lamp dislocation. The air conditioning and water heater work well.

Kamarnya tidak ditata sesuai dengan reservasi online, komunikasi dalam bahasa Arab dan Mandarin tidak lancar, saya tidak punya pilihan selain meminta teman lokal untuk berkomunikasi dan menjelaskan dalam bahasa Melayu! Sikap pelayanannya kurang baik, tingkat profesionalnya buruk, kamarnya besar tapi kebersihan di Qinggu kurang bagus!

Hotel yang bagus dengan fasilitas lift. Saya selalu datang ke sini sejak 2018. Proses check-in mudah dan cepat tanpa deposit. Namun, ada pajak pariwisata sebesar RM 10 per malam. Staf konter adalah perempuan Melayu dan India. Keramahan pelanggan. Kamar luas, dekat terminal bus, Maydin Mall, kedai makan, area yang bagus.

The room is spacious and reasonably priced. The water pressure is excellent. The cleanliness may be improved further, but its not too bad. The location is quite close to mydin mall and the ipoh main bus terminal. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

Kamarnya jelek, tapi saya menemukan kecoa mati di samping tempat tidur ketika saya tiba. Jaraknya hampir 5 menit berjalan kaki dari terminal bus.

Easy checkin and checkout. Spacious room. Excellent location near mydin mall, lots of restaurants and shops. Low nightly rate. Easy parking (please pay for parking at majlis bandaraya ipoh). The only drawback is that the room was not clean. The floor is very sticky. And while i was there, i probably killed 5 cockroaches. Thats quite repulsive.
