Sejauh ini hotel ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik dan terjangkau di Jasselton (kota Kinabalu). Namun, fasilitasnya agak mengecewakan. Sarapan prasmanan yang ditawarkan pada akhir tahun 2022 akan dihentikan.

The workers here were really professional and always wanted to help us, so we will stay here again for a while. My colleague at work and I stayed here for three nights and four days while we were all done for the melt conference as presenters. When you ask the cab, it will be the Tang Dynasty park hotel and next to others if I remember correctly. There are so many tang dynasties that it looks so dingy, and we were afraid we would have to deal with inefficient service and dirty surroundings. The hotel is pretty old, as can be seen from the worn out furniture in the lobby and eating area. However, the staff members were friendly, and I have to say that service was excellent all through my stay. The rooms are pleasant and tidy. My room had no issues, however, my colleague had to switch rooms because the bathroom had water leaking. She was also pleasant and was clean if not. Also, it was peaceful and there were no disruptions. It was very peaceful, and I slept soundly every night. The lighting wasn't very bright, but I was okay with that. Additionally, irons are old and if you are not careful with the way you use them, they can really easily burn fabric, and I ended up burning a scarf of mine, which I had ironed endlessly before, just by a single touch.

My colleague from work and I stayed here for three nights four days as presenters during the melt conference. There is more than one Tang Dynasty, so you have to be very clear when telling the cabgrabcab etc that it is the Tang Dynasty Park Hotel, next to etc if I remember correctly. To be absolutely honest, when we first came up to the hotel it looked very dingy, and we were afraid we would have to deal with ineffective service and dirty surroundings. The hotel is fairly old, as evidenced by worn out furniture in the lobby and dining room. The staff was friendly and I must say service was efficient throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I had no problems with my room, but my colleague had to change rooms due to water leaking in the bathroom. Otherwise, she also found it clean and the service pleasant. It was also peaceful and there were no disturbances. Finally, wifi doesnt necessarily work we were given passwords and tried to login but kept asking for voucher numbers, which staff confirmed was not necessary information, but we didnt get to use wifi in the rooms because of that. Irons are old and fabrics can be very easily burn if you dont use them properly, unfortunately, they are of poor quality and I ended up burning a scarf of mine I had ironed endless times before just at one touch. Sejauh ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik dan termurah di Asherton (kota Kinabalu). Namun, saya agak kecewa dengan fasilitasnya. Mereka tidak lagi menawarkan sarapan prasmanan hingga akhir tahun 2022.

There is a dedicated parking space on level 1 to 4, so you dont have to worry about leaving your car. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, there is one minor disappointment the wash basin sink is clogged, indicating a lack of maintenance. The illumination in the room is dim even when all lights are switched on, and the tv remote is missing. Despite these issues, i still enjoyed it overall, especially considering the availability of dedicated parking and the reasonable room rate.
