For a hotel located near K****** Waterfront—which is basically the main tourist hub and close to everything—and priced at only approx RM70, this place is very worth it. Especially at the end of the year when it’s extremely hard to find accommodation due to the high number of tourists, I still managed to get a hotel for around RM70. The hotel itself is very comfortable too. That said, there are a few minor downsides in my opinion, such as the hotel room door not having a peephole (which is quite important, at least for me), and the water heater taking a while before it gets warm and you have to wait a bit. But overall, everything was good, comfortable, and pleasant. The receptionist was super friendly and always smiled every time I passed by. Definitely staying here again if I come back to K*******

Pelayanan sangat baik, ramah & makanan yg tersedia sangat enak dgn banyak menu tradisional yg sangat2 menggugah selera makan 😍 next time akan kembali menginap disini lagi kalau ke Kuching ! Housekeeping sangat baik. Pelayanan kamar 24 jam. Hotel murah dengan pengalaman premium. Pelayanan yang luar biasa.

As usual, it's always like returning home. Almost all the staff at Telang Usan are familiar faces. We got the room facing the lovely green garden/forested area upon request. Love it! Will definitely be back.

Staff & service: Generally excellent. (1) Melanie & Nicky went the extra mile to arrange for a FOC recce trip to Bengoh. My daughter & I had a fantastic day. (2) On our departure day, the staff on duty were quick to remediate the missed breakfast order done the day before by getting the kitchen staff to prepare our breakfast on time, although it wasn't the menu which we originally pre ordered. Cleanliness: Generally, a clean hotel. However, the housekeeping team could ensure that they clean/wipe the room's bathroom-toilet with regard to the sink, counter, shower cubicle & floor on a daily/regular basis during the guest's stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, große Zimmer, gutes lokales Frühstück, sehr schöne Artefakte und Bilder von lokalen Künstlern. Das Personal ist besonders freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, ich habe mich einfach rundherum wohl gefühlt. Gleich nebenan ist ein wunderbares Restaurant mit indigener Küche und ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß laufen 20 min oder ein Grab Taxi nehmen. Perfekt!

Close to nature. Very friendly & helpful staff; Melanie is always so cheery, prompt & attentive. Love the lady boss, Audrey too. Always feel so welcomed. Surrounded by eateries such as See Good Restaurant & Lepau. The latter serves delicious & authentic Dayak cuisine. Lamin, the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic & delicious food with fresh ingredients. Love their Sarawak Laksa which is a must try. Although a bit dated, this hotel is way better than Pullman, Hilton & Majestic in terms of friendliness of its hotel staff, food, timely housekeeping, quiet, parking space and unique display of indigenous arts, craft & artefacts, etc.

Parking provided. Restaurants are just nearby the hotel and you can walk. This hotel price is cheap and they also provide breakfast. Simple breakfast but to me is ok.

Old hotel but nice. Complete facilities with free parking and free breakfast. Spacious room. Location behind Pullman Hotel Kuching but no pedestrian walk (short cut) from Telang Usan to Kuching Waterfront. Need to drive less than 5 minutes. Famous steamboat (Halal Muslim) in front of the hotel. Delicious and cheap. Self service dobi just around the corner at the main road. Very quiet and relaxing place with small garden in front of it. Room has all the facilities like towel, toiletries, kettle, coffeemix, TV, aircond, elevator/lift. We enjoy our 2 nights stay here. Will come again.

Very nice room, even got one that didn't reek of cigarettes. Only problem with it is access. It's not a long walk anywhere but the heat and the lack of footpaths made getting around less than enjoyable and took the shine off an otherwise excellent experience a bit. That said I would stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel, it is clean, comfortable, has great wi-fi connectivity, free breakfast and the staff are very helpful. However it can be a bit noisy if you have a front-facing room as the restaurants nearby play music, it is not too bad unless you are trying to concentrate on work or studies. However I'm sure a room facing the other direction won't have this issue.

Transportasi dari Hotel Telang Wushan sangat nyaman. Ada banyak restoran di sekitar yang bisa dipilih. Makanannya enak dan harganya murah. Sangat dekat dengan Kawasan Pemandangan Pusat Kota Sungai Salao. Pemandangan di sana sangat indah dan indah.
