Endroit exceptionnel avec un concept original de tube en béton mais qui s’intègrent parfaitement à la nature. Équipe adorable et réactive ainsi que le manager (qui est également celui du Theatre à Kuching, où nous avons séjourné). Tout est réfléchi pour passer 1 séjour idéal, bon restaurant, 2 piscines, une multitude de coins « détente », une bibliothèque et même 1 salle de prière. Vraiment rien a redire tout était parfait.

The Culvert is a lovely, peaceful resort on the coast with great views out over the bay. It is clean and well looked after and the staff are very friendly and kind. It is very hot and there are mosquitoes so long sleeves and lightweight trousers advisable. Only marginally cooler at night so no need for warm clothes. All the cabins have aircon. The sun is VERY hot, this is not a sun bathing resort. The UV index was saying Extreme so pack strong suncream, especially if you go on any excursions. Bottled water is freely available. The restaurant food is very good, not too expensive. There aren't many veggie options, but the staff were willing to adapt some dishes to accomodate. The pools are clean and well cared for, and very welcome in the heat. Apparently there are salt water crocodiles in the area (though we didn't see any) so the pool is probably the safer option! It's around 100/150 ringetts for a cab from the airport (2023) though there may be additional fees per person. The city of Kuching is about an hour away if you need more excitement and shopping. The food there is super cheap and very good. A great place to chill if you want a quiet holiday :-)

This hotel was just something very different and we loved it! We've told all our friends about it since we got back! There's not much space in the room admittedly, which completely suited us, but for some people this may be a struggle, particularly if you have lots of luggage or children. If you're travelling light and solo/couple, this place is lovely. There is a nice infinity pool. Breakfast was ok. It was nice being in the tranquil jungle. It is quite a long drive from the airport, but was relatively cheap to get there. Overall, a few good experience for a few days!

I'd give the culvert more stars if I could. Ivan the Manager, vivian, adele, reception, gilbert chef thank you for the amazing meals we had and especially thank you for the omelets in the morning rash, nana meal and so much more. And lastly to the cat and kittens at the hotel. This is our first reservation for this in 2019, and when Couid broke up not only our plans but also everyone else who was booked the king culvert. The on suite is in the culvert, but the kings have a separate on suite in the rear, which adds some spare space in the main drain pipe no I'm now joking, but it's the best way to describe the concrete structure that is your sleeping area. Regardless, a top tip is to travel lite or, as we discovered, be prepared to be very tidy! Returning to Couid, we had to cancel each year until finally we were able to take the journey this year, which was well worth the wait. One thing that must be mentioned is that the culvert retained our original full payment and agreed there would be no price increase, but we only had to pay the tourism tax, which we didn't mind and we thanked them for that because we knew we would come eventually staff check now, a

The bed was comfortable and well located. The manager and his team were very helpful and friendly. Overall the stay was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Love the private beach and swimming pool.

Salah satu tempat yang agak menarik untuk bersantai bersama pasangan maupun keluarga. Staff yang sangat peramal dan dekorasi yang sangat cantik dari Adele. Lagi yang suka berenang, di sini ada 2 kolam renang yang agak luas. Lagi penyuka sauna, terdapat juga saunia di sini.

Pengalaman unik untuk pengalaman liburan di luar kebiasaan kamar tidur di Goronggorong, TV diganti dengan tablet, kamar mandi suite terpisah dengan bak mandi, kalau kamar standar kamar mandi menyatu di kamar, ada tempat pijat, sauna, treadmill, sepeda statis, kolam renang anak dan dewasa, olahraga jalan kaki ke pantai terus naik lagi, sarapan pakai bihun, telur, sosis sayuran roti selai bravo culver untuk pengalaman berlibur yang unik.

No amount of pictures can accurately depict how stunning and breathtaking the location was. We had a great time at the location. To make sure we were satisfied, the staff, my Darren, my Nana, and the rest went above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough of this location. I urge you to book a sea view suite. A little more money, but well worth it.
