The room is satisfactory, however, the toilet may be a bit dirty. It is advisable to consider enhancing the customer service provided by oklaa.

Saya sangat puas dengan penginapan di hotel. Murah banget dan sangat nyaman. Namun, selimut hotel mungkin bisa diganti menjadi lebih tebal. Staf juga sangat baik dan membantu. Namun, apa yang mengecewakan saya, salah satu staf menggunakan informasi pelanggan untuk kepentingan diri sendiri dan menghubungi pelanggan secara pribadi. Ini sangat mengganggu. Mungkin ini adalah pertama kalinya dan terakhir kalinya saya menginap di sana.

I was pleasantly surprised when i got to this hotel. The price was reasonable, with a modern and sharp deco. Family friendly. I had my two young children with me. Iron was provided in the room, along with toothbrushes. Free hot and cold drinking water via a dispenser near the reception. Coffee machines are also available for rm 3 per cup. We actually extended our stay for a few more days because we love the atmosphere here. We actually intended to try the hotels in the area during this trip, but after trying 3 this is our favorite.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus karena dekat dengan tempat makan. Pelayanan dari customer servicenya juga bagus dan pelayanannya juga baik. Namun, tisu toiletnya kurang bersih dan tidak ada tingkap yang membuat saya merasa lemas. Hal ini biasa terjadi pada kedai makan.

If there are work to do in this area, i will return with my husband and stay at this hotel. Should return and stay at this hotel. Seriously, the toilet was clean, the room was comfortable, the linen smelled good, the room was spacious, the room had an iron and iron table, tv, table, chair, hanging clothes area, easy and free parking, a restaurant nearby just walk from the hotel, but there is no kettle to make hot tea and you have to go to the lobby to get hot water, but for me, it isnt a big deal. Hihi. The receptionist is very nice. Thank you, sir!.

Will without a doubt suggest the hotel to friends and family. Excellent location and tidy hotel room. Next to mamak restaurant. Could improve the service by providing guests with thicker blankets. Overall, was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and the reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I just stopped by and inquired about availability of rooms. The cost was quite reasonable, rm 114 for a queen bed room. The hotel is in a compact style, has been meticulously maintained, has a fresh appearance, and has a toothbrush, soap bar, bottle of water, and towels. The room is spotless, featuring a desk and chair, bedside rack, and a tv with a single channel. Ive had a decent nights sleep here.

Likes 1. Clean room, linen, mattresses, bathroom and overall premise. Much better than typical application hotels. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Excellent facilities including iron and ironboard. 4. Water filter dispenser is available in the lobby. 5. Strategic location with groceries and local restaurants, laundry, car wash, pet shops, mechanics and supermarkets all within walking distance. 6. Petronas and McDonalds are within 3 minutes drive. Dislikes none.

Kamar hotel yang bagus, dengan AC yang sejuk dan sistem navigasi smart yang mengatur suhu sendiri. Hanya saja, toiletnya biasa saja, dengan sabun dan perlengkapan mandi yang disediakan.

I reserved the space for my guests. The atmosphere is tastefully decoratedwestern themed, with friendly and helpful staff. The price is very affordable, and the location is very strategic. Basic amenities can be found nearby. Fast food is all within walking distance, and they even have rooms for large families. Maybe another review once i get the chance to stay here one day.

Lokasinya berada di area makanan, banyak makanan, dan kamarnya sangat bersih. Namun, sisi kartu kartu berbeda dari yang lain. Anda harus berjalan sedikit. Staf tersenyum dan merekomendasikan untuk menambahkan setrika. Ada 3 toko laundry di sebelah hotel yang dioperasikan dengan koin, yang sangat nyaman karena saya basah kuyup karena kehujanan. Cuci dan keringkan pakaian basah maupun bekas selama 10 RM 1 jam. Selesai dan Anda dapat melanjutkan dengan sepeda motor.

A decent lowcost hotel with functional amenities and a convenient location. Clean rooms, a nice hot shower, and a cold air conditioner with an iron and board. However, there is no electric cattle and a thin comforter. There is a hot water dispenser and a paid coffee machine near the reception / lift. Has a mamak restaurant on the ground floor, and there are several selfservice laundry mats on the same block. Lotus hypermart is less than 1 km away.

13 september 2023 - 16 september 2023 Excellent experience with them all around. Love the setting, 5 /5. During my stay, i tried 2 rooms standard and standard plus. I love the standard plus room 5 /5. But i didnt really like the standard room, so it is a 4 /5. Service, didnt really interact with them much, but when i checked in, the staff was very friendly. So i give it a 4 /5.
