I'm very satisfied with my stay here! It is beautifully designed by the owner. It's convenient to park in the city and with friendly staff. However, because of the building, it was a bit noisy early in the morning because the bathroom was designed in an incorrect way making tall people difficult to sit comfortably and the knee stuck against the wall because it was very close to it. The AC was loud and not cold, and the internet was slow. It is not suitable for the elderly or wheelchair users as there is no lift and we have to use stairs.

I highly recommend this place to others. The room is very nice, the water pressure is really slow, it will take a long time to clean it up after showering.

I've stayed here before and have always been delighted. The reason is the owner is the owner of the hotel and is really cares about the quality of the hotel located in the small town of Koala Beling. You'll be astonished to discover a small hotel with a pool! So, next time you're driving towards the lake try this place..

The frontage and communal areas are elegantly designed. The owner cleverly utilized the bungalow space to build this hidden treasure, which is situated in a housing area. It's unquestionably a boutique from the outside. Sadly, the idea is not carried into the rooms. The room's furnishings are sparse and inexpensive like those of a budget hotel. The bathroom is fairly large and clean, but lacking elegance. For instance, they provide a very delicious homemade lemongrass soap, but it's small and has no dish to put it in. It would be beneficial to have a towel rack for wet clothing. The bedroom door is poorly installed, so when you turn off the light in the room, light shines in from all four corners. Despite having a proper blackout curtain, there is a glass window above the bed from the bathroom, so daylight enters the room, defeating the blackout purpose. Service is good, and cleanliness is okay. The pool was drained and in need of maintenance, so check out before you make a reservation if you really want to use it. Overall, this location has great potential as long as they renovate the rooms with better furnishings and finishing touches to live up to it's boutique name.

We had a terrible experience while staying in this hotel. This place was a treat. Our room, the King deluxe, was lovely and had a king-sized bed and comfy chairs for resting. We tried to unwind because the pool is fantastic. Then came the complimentary bonus of a delicious breakfast and a very gracious host, with additional items like local fruits, snacks and helpful advice. We did not want to leave. Easy drive to Lake Kenya. Even though it doesn't appear to be very tourist-friendly, the neighborhood town has some wonderful restaurants. People are very pleasant.
