This nice condo is conveniently located next to a large shopping area with food outlets, as well as selfcare providers such as massage, mannypedicure, and retail therapy! There is also good parking. The seventh floor has a 75 m long pool and a small but relatively well maintained gym with treadmills, gym bikes, dumbbells, and some strength building machines. The condo was completed in 2011, so upkeep has been ok. Its not singapore, but its priced accordingly. I visited as an air bnb guest and was very pleased with the value for money. It was a nice oneday getaway from singapore.

The location is good, 10 minutes from jb Sentral. The lift system is bad, waiting almost 15 minutes every time we needed to go down. We waited almost 30 minutes on checkout day and had to climb 21 floors because there was no lift available. The owner kept the place clean and tidy. I will never come back here again.

This threebedroom apartment is directly connected to ksl mall, with a swimming pool, a small gym, and a sauna room on the seventh floor. The entire apartment is airconditioned and equipped with all the necessities, including a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, fridge, and basic cooking appliances. Theres also a small balcony with a small chillout table and two chairs that overlooks the pool and townhouses. Overall, very good value for money ($110) cozy stay for a whole family or large group friends!.

Room B 2518 is a spacious and clean room with a nice view of the skyline, good air conditioning, a pretty interior, many sources of power, a large clean toilet but smelled a bit. The room was given only one key card which doesnt work for the door. The walls are not soundproof, i noticed a few ants, the washing machine is available, no soap and detergent, sponge and dish soap, 4 hangers, owner supplied cutlery, hand soap, useless ironing set, 3 towels and a mattress. The trash room is next to room 2512. Overall it is not really convenient. The mall is easy to go but always busy and there isnt much halal certified shops. For muslims, the qiblah faces the balcony and tilts to the right a little. Please update application maps any information about the mall as some stores didnt show up. It will be a great help for new users.

I had a 3day, 2night stay. I was assigned to the 35st floor. As i asked for a clear view of the city center and the high floor. Which was nice and great. The host was nice and friendly, with prompt response. Clear instructions were given on how to check in and check out. Appreciated that. Security is tight which was nice and perfect. The room is clean. Overall, i recommend staying here. Its easy access to anywhere near the city center. I will definitely be back.

I stayed at this residence for two nights. It is clean and spacious. It is easy to access. It is in a good location with many food options nearby.

If i visit jb again, i will most definitely stay here. We stayed for two days, and the apartment was immaculate and fully equipped, equipped with all the necessities, including toiletries, spoons, forks, pans, irons, and more. Thank you so much. There are several restaurants that are quite good within walking distance, and there is also a convenience store in the korean style.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay for one night, suitable for a large family. We booked a 4bedroom apartment through ksls application page, and we checked in early at the hotel counter around 1 pm. Good view from the 29th floor and spacious. They gave us 7 pax worth of toiletries and there were 4 toilets in the apartment. Downsides were sinking bed, slow lift and poorly maintained windows.
