Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size a bit smaller but just just nice for business travelers. Locations is near to 2nd bridge and easy to access to Bayan Lepas.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, fasilitas terawat, kamar relatif besar untuk Hong Kong, staf resepsionis ramah dan sopan, dan pilihan sarapan tidak terlalu banyak, tapi menurut saya kualitasnya tidak buruk. Saya telah tinggal di sini berkali-kali dan akan merekomendasikannya!

Near to ikea and even though the room is a bit small, it still has a comfortable bed and basic requirement in the room. Will definitely come back to stay.

First, it looks very high class, nice design, clean and comfort. You can rest assured that your stay will be pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering cozy beds and pillows. However, they provide two pillows only. I wish to have extra pillows. The room air conditioning is very cool and refreshing environment for me. I like it. In addition, the hot water heaters in the bathroom is excellent. There is a water dispenser available at each floor. Swimming pool is not very big. Wish they have other facilities like gym and sauna.

Menginap di Hari Nasional dan menonton kembang api dari kamar. Kamarnya memiliki pemandangan yang sempurna dan lebih besar dari rata-rata kamar di Hong Kong. Stafnya sangat ramah dan saya pasti akan kembali lain kali.

Pemandangannya luar biasa. Kamarnya cukup luas untuk ukuran Hong Kong dengan harga tanah yang mahal. Stafnya sangat ramah. Hotel ini terletak di sebelah Marriott. Jujur, ini agak sulit ditemukan, tetapi jika Anda dapat menemukannya, Anda akan baik-baik saja. Pacific Place, mudah ditemukan.

Ive lived in hong kong for years and have always wanted to spend a night at the upper house. It truly exceeded all expectations, i must say! One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in a stylish, coziest yet minimalist room, spectacular views, and flawless service. Such a flawless experience and all the staff were just incredibly warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hong kong, as well as for those living in hong kong like myself. Even if the borders are fully opened and everyone is traveling out, this is definitely a place i would love to have a staycation in again. A premium, deluxe hotel that truly exceeds all expectations.

We have traveled extensively and stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, including the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, and Ritz Carlton in hong kong, but the upper house is really topnotch in terms of guest experience. The rooms are very spacious, more like an apartment and are understated but very stylish. Beautiful bathroom with views of the hk skyline all around you, free movies, and a minibar with alcoholic drinks. The gym is small but great, with dumbbells up to 40 kgs, running/cycling machines, and some machine and cable weights. Breakfast at salisterra is great, rather than the hectic experience at a breakfast buffet, you order from a set menu that is cooked to order and it is really great. The service is what makes it different, warm, personal and nothing is too much effort. Just a truly exceptional worldclass luxury experience.

Kami berharap kami bisa tinggal bersama Anda lagi. Pemandangan lautnya bagus dan Anda bisa menikmati pemandangan laut sambil mandi, tapi sayang TV di kamar mandi tidak sebagus TV di ruang tamu di mana Anda dapat memilih berbagai film. Ruang tamunya tidak sebesar yang saya harapkan, tapi luas.

Kami menyediakan makanan ringan untuk Imlek Lingkungannya sangat nyaman, kamar mandinya cukup besar, tetapi tangga ke kamar mandi harus hati-hati, anak mudah jatuh, perlengkapan mandi tidak mudah digunakan, dan terasnya kecil. Lingkungannya bagus dan udaranya segar.

The Upper House in Batu Kawan has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor pool. The accommodation features room service and luggage storage space for guests.
