The service from the employees was very helpful and cheerful. The room had a minimalist appearance. Also, they provide a full equipped kitchen. Plus, they have a budget price for breakfast.

We had three rooms, all of them had soiled sheets. Before obtaining air conditioning that functioned properly, I had to switch rooms three times. The bathroom is tiny and oddly designed imagining the toilet bowl brushes against your legs while you're standing next to the sink and the shower door must be opened while you're using the toilet. The furniture is affordable and broken. This hotel is always full since there isn't much parking available between it and seasons view. The council will require hourly coupons if you use the parking in front of the shops. The lift's chime is so loud you can hear it from your room. It's especially bothersome for light sleepers like me. If you don't align the roller shades properly, there will be light seepage from the sides and through. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was the sole good thing. Very helpful and resolved the none issue by letting us browse 3 other rooms, two of which also blew hot air. Unfortunately, he was replaced by a nice but clueless night watchman who is manning the counter after 11 pm. We inquired about parking when we returned after supper, and he wasn't of much assistance. There are many other possibilities nearby.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Free Wifi and free breakfast are nice to have. What impressed me the most is the cleanliness of my room. Places where I am expecting dust, to my surprise, there is none at all!

We were told lack of one room when check in at the evening, then offer one of us to stay at the other hotel (which belong to their chain as well). After we put up objection, we were given room without any window and my room air-conditioner was just like steam engine making me awake whole night and not cold. Breakfast is ok. Cannot ask for more with the price

The room was too small but i still can.accept it but the staff service was definitely bad. Request an iron but keep me waiting from 10.30pm to 11.30pm and lastly call to request at 5am still cannot provide me an iron. Bad and bad. Not recommended.
