The hotel is very convenient, they gave you free parking coupon in which most hotel wont, the breakfast is also at papa rich shop downstairs. Overall i really like my stay

自転車の旅で一人でこのホテルのシングルルームに泊まりました。部屋はとても小さいのですが、とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルの下階はレストランでコンビニエンスストアやカフェも近くにありとっても便利なロケーションでした。

If you are looking for a budget hotel around Muar, this hotel is pretty good for its price. Even as a budget hotel it comes with breakfast! However the hotel only has stairs so if you have an elderly with you it might be tough. But overall a really nice hotel with a nice room!

Die 3 Frauen am der Rezeption bemühen sich stets zu helfen und sind über alle Maßen freundlich! Gutes englisch! Das zimmer War am sich sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt (auch wenn eigentlich nicht immer erwünscht). Wasser wurde auch jeden Tag bereitgestellt. Für 2 Leute die sich den Ort anschauen wollten und auf reise sind jedoch definitiv zu klein. Kein Schrank , keine Ecke in die man Koffer etc stellen konnte. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster; vielleicht gibt es ja größte Zimmer. Ja es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, so weit nach oben ist es jedoch nicht und Hilfe wird angeboten. Für eine Person musste Frühstück dazugekauft werden, allerdings preislich super und die Bedienung im Restaurant top. Einziger negativer Aspekt: das Bad roch etwas, da es aus 2 Rohren tropfte, und als wir ankamen War dort alles nass. WLAN einwandfrei

Excellent reception service, which was prompt and clear with a ready smile from all staff! Keep up the good work! Tropical, the owners of this place, your employees are your primary best asset! The thoughtful touch of free breakfast at Paparich, which is essential, especially on rainy mornings. But I miss the welcome beverage vouchers. Moreover, there are no instant drink sachets in the room. The chamber cleaning crew, bed linens, and towels need a refreshment. Wish the rooms smelled as good as the reception area! Avoid climbing stairs if traveling with wheeled language or orderlies.

This hotel is quite new and the environment is lovely. The paparich restaurant upstairs is a great place to stay as they provide rm 10 cash vouchers. They also give a parking voucher as a courtesy. Walking to the city center is a bit far so it is best to drive. Overall, the wifi is good.

The smell needs improvement. The breakfast is good, and the location is strategically located. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, especially the young male staff. The toilet is good and new toothbrush is provided. I recommend it to tourists visiting the Mar district. There is no private parking available.

The room was spacious with 3 queen beds and they provided us with free car parking and breakfast at paparich together with free wifi. However, they do not have a lift and it is difficult for us to carry the heavy luggage to their lobby which is at the second floor.

住宿設備不大理想，牙刷很爛，只是員工服務態度不錯，然後那個welcome pack有送了paparich餐廳（住宿樓下）的餐券和飲料就非常的棒，好吃也好喝～

Nice boutique hotel in the city. Open public parking, need parking coupon during weekdays. Hotel room was clean and tidy, quiet and relaxing. Our room included drinks and breakfast at PappaRich on the ground floor which was nice. Located on commercial shop lots, plenty of shops around for many different requirements.
