*Penalty will be charge to list below:*
1. Lost the keys & access card
2. Wrong parking lot & area
3. Enter the lift with the wet swimming attire
4. Make heavy noise that disturb others
5. Damage & lost of homestay accessories
*PROHIBITED IN HOMESTAY*
1. This homestay is a HALAL premise, non-Muslim tenants are not allowed to bring alcohol, pork/bak kut teh, dogs or bring food or items that are prohibited by Islam. The homestay reserves the right to take action against any tenant who disobeys these instructions.
2. Any organization of illegal wild parties is absolutely not allowed to be held at this homestay.
3. Illegal items such as drugs and the like cannot be brought into this homestay.
4. For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited inside the house.
