House Rules

1. The guest house check-in is start from 3.00pm until 10.00pm: whereby check-out time latest by. 12.00pm.

2. Our opinion, are not suitable to occupy our premises. In this case, no reason will need to be given and the contract shall be discharge without futher liability on either party.

3. The friends/ relatives of the guest are not allow to stay at the premises after 10.00pm

4. Pets, durian and explosive material are not allowed

5. This premises can covered for maximum 6 guest only

6. STRICLY, co carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS, ALCOHOL within premises

7. STRICLY, no outdoor activities/ parties/ wedding event/ BBQ within premises

8. Wany Guest House is a non-smoking area. However, smokers are allowed to utilized the open area outside the premises.

9. The clients shall leave the property in a clean and tidy condition: this includes cleaning all cutery and crockery and placing all rubbish in appropriate wate or rubbish bins.

10. Please keep the house clean & take off your shoes.

11. This is resident family area, please be good to neighbour & don’t make loud sound especially at night.

12. Conserving electricity is also important, so we hope guest can turn off lights and fans when they are not in.

13. Guest are advise to quite down after 10.30 so that other residents will have a quite time for rest.

14. Security Deposit is refundable 100% within 48 hours after check-out if no massive dirt, lost or damage.

15. Penalty will be imposed for those break one of the above house rules or damage our properties.

16. Any missing off house’s equipment will be report to Autority
