*** Please note too that we will collect a Key Deposit of RM200 before Check-In.
*** The Key Deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 24 hours after check out.

[入住守则] 【Check-in Rules】
1. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. Persons who are caught smoking in the house will be fined RM200. (The guests are allowed to smoke outside the house or in an open area).
严禁在屋内吸烟。 违规者，将征收200马币。
（ 吸烟的客人们请移步到室外。）

2. NO sticker/ double tape/ glue is allowed on the wall and ceiling. Penalty of RM100 per wall if seen any leftover sticker or marking of sticker/ double tape/ glue.
禁止涂鸦墙壁和张贴任何贴纸在墙壁上。

3. Please LOWER DOWN and CONTROL the voice after 10 p.m.
晚上10pm之后请控制音量。

4. Please clean up the kitchen after use and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or at dining table.
在使用好厨房后请收拾干净。请把使用好的餐具清洗干净。

5. No food is allowed in the room. If you need it, you can eat it at the dining table.
房间內禁止饮食, 需要时请移步到楼下的餐桌食用。

6. I hope that my friends can save energy and electriciry. Turn off the air conditioner and lights when not in used.
希望各位朋友节约能源， 随手关闭空调和灯, 珍惜资源。

7. No outside shoes are allowed inside the house. We have prepared the indoor slipper, please fill free to use it.
请不要把室外鞋子穿入。我们有准备室内拖鞋, 请安心使用。

8. People other than the reserved accommodation are not allowed to stay in the house.
不可以留宿预约住宿以外的人

9. Loss of keys and Auto Remote will be fined RM200 for the replacement fee.
如遗失了钥匙和自动遥控器, 将征收200马币的费用。

10. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES are prohibited. Offenders will deal with the local authorities.
禁止进行非法活动。罪犯将与地方当局交涉。

11. Please take care of your personal belongings. The host is not responsible for any damage or loss to any of personal belongings.
请保管好个人物品。如果个人物品丢失，房东概不负责。

*** 访客登记须知：
房东需要为注册簿准备以下内容：
*Visitor registration: A landlord needs to prepare the following for the registration book:
1.全名 Full name
2.身份证正面附有照片的页面 The page with the photo on the front page of the IC.
