Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean, very friendly staff, very nice restaurants and swimming pool. Hotel has convenient location nearby Langkawi airport close to markets, restaurants and beaches. Food in the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast and buffet dinners. Christmas and New Year's parties were very nicely organized with excellent food. Altogether, we are very satisfied with hotel and can highly recommend it for visitors to Langkawi.

Good resort. Pool area is great. Rooms are large and spacious. A bit old, could use some upgrades. Staff are nice. Breakfast was good too. Free Shuttle service to airport is really nice

Das Personal ist durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen liegt (auch mit Gepäck fußläufig zu erreichen) haben wir auf dem Zimmer nichts vom Flughafen / den Flugzeugen gehört.

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need. We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time. The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep. Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here. Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Staffs are helpful and accomodating. Near to airport and they offer airport transfer. Only down side was our air conditioning wasnt working and it is a warm night

[Sekarang - 31 Desember 2024] Sesuai peraturan Dewan Kota Langkawi, harga kamar per malam akan dikenakan biaya pariwisata sebesar 1 MYR untuk hotel bintang 1 dan 2, 3 MYR untuk hotel bintang 3 dan 4, dan 5 MYR untuk hotel bintang 5 dan akan dibayarkan pada saat check-in.

Mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2025, Dewan Kota Langkawi akan menerapkan Pajak Kebudayaan sebesar MYR 1-10 per kamar per malam. Pajak ini berlaku untuk hotel bintang 0-5 dan wajib dibayarkan saat check-in. Selama acara-acara penting seperti Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, dan Oceanman Langkawi, Pajak Kebudayaan akan naik menjadi MYR 2-20 per kamar per malam.

Mulai 1 September 2017, sesuai dengan kebijakan dari Pemerintah Negara Malaysia, tamu yang bukan warga negara Malaysia atau penduduk permanen/jangka panjang Malaysia akan dikenakan pajak wisata sebesar RM 10 per kamar per malam. Perlu diketahui bahwa perubahan struktur pajak ini berakibat pada perubahan pajak yang dikenakan kepada Anda dan tambahan ini dapat dibayarkan langsung pada saat check-in.
