Hotel ini dirawat dengan sangat baik dan suasananya sangat santai. Kamarnya nyaman dan dilengkapi dengan furnitur yang lengkap. Staf muda dan sangat membantu, selalu siap jika dibutuhkan. Kolamnya kecil tapi bersih dan cocok untuk bersantai dari panasnya kota. Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan.

Pertama-tama, saya ingin menunjukkan sikap layanan staf hotel, mereka sangat antusias, menyambut Anda dengan senyum dan akan berinisiatif untuk menyapa Anda ketika Anda melihat Anda. Kebersihan kamar juga baik. Hotel ini memiliki ciri khas Nanyang dan area publik yang indah. Namun, kamar halaman yang saya pesan terlalu kecil dan tempat tidurnya juga sangat kecil dan pendek, tinggi saya hampir 170 kaki dan hampir tidak bisa muat di luar tempat tidur. Bantalnya sangat tinggi dan saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak selama tiga malam berturut-turut karena bantal yang tidak nyaman. Kamar saya di atas dapur restoran hotel, toiletnya bau asap minyak dan toiletnya tidak ada sistem pembuangannya, katanya tidak bisa dipasang karena bangunannya sudah tua. Selama makan siang dan makan malam, suara mesin besar di dapur restoran hotel berlanjut selama berjam-jam. Jendela halaman compang-camping (saya lampirkan foto untuk membuktikannya), yang terlihat adalah bagian atas dapur yang compang-camping, yang sangat mempengaruhi mood liburan Anda. Tidak ada perbedaan sarapan selama tiga hari, tetapi sikap pelayan sangat baik. Singkatnya, perbandingannya dengan hotel terakhir sangat kuat, terasa sangat berbeda.

I will definitely return because i adore it! Its the ideal spot in penang, close to all the historic sites and the best local cuisine! The room is quite cozy and modern, albeit in an outdated style.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a popular and vibrant part of Georgetown. Very friendly owner and staff. Maybe resting a bit on its past reputation and could use some upscaling in places, for example more comfortable pillows. Breakfast was only ok, and with staff in the cafe maybe some cooking to order? Nice swimming pool. Overall though a lovely restoration of a historic building.

We had a pleasant stay at the Yeng Keng hotel. I want to thank the staff there. They are all friendly and ready to help. I want to give special mention to ms. Yeoh and ian. They are an outstanding role model for frontline customer service. Excellent indeed. Its because of the staff like them that make Yeng keng hotel a home away from home for tourists alike.

A fantastic cozy hotel in the ideal location for exploring penang. You truly feel as though you are living in a piece of penang history. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. Apart from the poor breakfast offerings, this would be a fivestar review. There are all the essentials of a good coffee, a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and an alternative to dairy. My advice is to skip breakfast and stroll a few minutes into one of the many cafes along chulia street and enter the wonderful coffee culture that now exists in guang.

You will learn about the malaysian culture at this heritage hotel. It is in a lovely neighborhood and closes to the most intriguing areas of guang wang. There are numerous restaurants, cultural structures, pubs, temples, and parks nearby. There is a restaurant within the hotel and a free breakfast that is really delicious! Even though its near tourist areas, it is quiet and peaceful, you cant hear outside noises while in your room. There is a nice swimming pool that is not crowded, so i could unwind there. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, there is a fridge and water available, the bathroom is clean, and the towels are soft. So good! Room service is provided every day, and the sheets smell really nice. Its really clean. There is also a safe to store valuables. I love the checkout time at 12.30! So if you want to, you can definitely stay longer on your bed on your last day. You wont regret staying there. I had a wonderful time.

Beautiful heritage hotel! Ian, the receptionist from today, deserves special recognition and recognition for his hard work. He went above and beyond to ensure that the hotel guests had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. His fivestar hospitality service added to the overall experience of the hotel. Its uncommon to detect a genuine passion for the hotel, and his efforts deserve recognition and promotion!.

We went to the restaurant for lunch. It was really delicious with lots of different foods on our table (buffet) and the staff were very friendly.
