The experience was amazing, close to train station and easy to get around.. no airport shuttle service but they do have cars you can take to the airport for very low price!!

Check-in was relatively fast. Got a spacious corner room.Sadly the aircond in this room wasn't cooling properly. Called reception and they immediately switched us to another room which was slightly smaller but reasonably spacious. Had a good night's sleep after that.

The staff were great with my toddler, always helped with luggage/buggy and anything else as I came and went each day. The room was cleaned well every day - and staff were happy to assist me if I needed further instructions in the hotel. The location is good and you can always get a taxi from outside on a daily basis. The facilities are good -

Have stayed at ZODIAC HOTEL many times now. It is by far the best value for money hotel in Bukit Bintang area. 2 great location and rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were super-helpful and very friendly. The concierge arranged an excellent trip for me to Taman Negara. It has a beautiful infiniti lobby and eating place which was nice at the end of the day. Excellent location...couldn't be more central than that. Will stay there again for sure
