Property and cleanliness we booked online when we arrived at the house on the grd floor without an elevator dark stairs the room floor was slippery due to massive air conditioning leaks. The bed was hard, had no double lock and felt unsafe in all doors. The ceiling and wall paint were peeled off and it didn't work. After 5 mins of being in the room I immediately told the receptionist that I didn't like the room. And then he moved us to another room on the second floor and was clearly a better room with a view of the beach and a lot better than the other one. We decided to stay and after looking around we discovered that the ceiling fan was full of dust the reason I had difficulty breathing the to wasn't working as usual, the to was not working as usual even we called the staff to repair he tried but ended up telling us to was not working. We were not given water the next day, and we asked the staff to provide us water, but they said no. But we were not given water the next day. I want to thank the staff for being helpful especially for my mother's needs. They were so humble and helpful. Our family and I stayed for 10 days. Room cleaning is done every 2 days but you can request the frequency. Thank you, Linne villavilla learning manager.
