The island, beach and reef are truly fantastic the local people are very nice, the hotel facilities are adequate, air conditioning, hot showers and clean rooms. The hotel offers full board do not take this, the food is appalling, the cheapest possible ingredients are used and only 1 choice if you dont like the offering you have to pay more, in a two week period we had cold instant packet noodles 6 times.Good food at reasonable prices is easily available on the island, which is serviced by 3 passenger/cargo boats and 1 cargo ship a week. The hotel offer trips, if you do not want to take the excursions the hotel management make you feel very unwelcome in this establishment.

Untuk menjamin kelancaran penjemputan, tamu harus menghubungi properti dengan memberikan rincian penerbangan selambat-lambatnya 3 hari sebelum waktu kedatangan. Layanan transportasi feri umum: USD 5 per orang sekali jalan, 5 jam perjalanan. Berangkat dari Male pada hari Minggu, Selasa, dan Kamis pukul 10.00 dan kembali dari Felidhoo setiap Sabtu, Senin, dan Rabu pada pukul 08.45. Layanan transportasi kapal cepat: USD 60 per orang sekali jalan (minimum 4 orang), 75 menit perjalanan. Berangkat dari Male ke bandara pada hari Minggu, Senin, Selasa, Kamis, dan Sabtu pukul 11.00 dan kembali dari Felidhoo pukul 14.30. Tamu yang tiba atau berangkat di luar waktu transfer disarankan untuk memesan kamar hotel setempat di Male atau Hulhumale. Tamu yang berangkat dari Malé dengan penerbangan internasional sebelum tengah hari harus meninggalkan properti 1 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan agar sampai bandara tepat waktu. Biaya tambahan (dapat dibayar di properti) mencakup biaya transportasi kapal cepat wajib sekali jalan untuk tamu berusia 12-17 tahun.
